The PFC however is not holding the designed voltage. You should try to lower the voltage of the pfc to around 370v so that it can hold the output better. I also noted that the load applied is too large. 8 Ohms and 180v gives a power of 4Kw. This SMPS will not give more than 2.5KW. A 12 ohm load would have been more appropriate.
i think adding a feedback loop can help lower that large voltage drop and increase the output power further more, although the MOSFETs could suffer in exchange of higher duty cycle

Bisa geser2 mode kerja resonant-mode saat beban ringan & saat beban berat otomatis beralih ke hard-switch mode. PWM ucc3895 menggunakan metoda penggeseran fasa, bukan metode duty cycle. ucc3895 biasa digunakan PSU komputer mainframe & router Cisco. Salam genimili

i think a 47n60 wouldnt be a good choice bc of financial problem, the circuit draw roughly more than 2000W so it is not necessary to use 47n60, the k3314 can do it fine

The isolation distance between the primary and the secondary is so small. This power supply is for me dangerous, please wear safety equipment. The distance should be at least 4mm.

Thanks. Next iwill make no dropped smps. In fullbridge topology. Cause this smps the primary boost voltage is many dropped.
