    Primary (30 Turns) * 3 (AWG 23 = 0.574mm or 24 = 0.5106mm), And Secondary Turns are 26 * 5 with center tap 13 + 13 Use Wire (AWG 23 = 0.574mm or 24 = 0.5106mm)

    Helo! Nice video by the way. But I tried to calculate the Np take into account the ETD49 for 50 KHz and a Bmax at 1800 gave me 20 turns. If I take the 30 turns and check for Bmax, it will be around 1200. I found that the cross secționale area of the core to be 1.63 square cm.

    Answer me this….. what is with the voltage flags …if something is a output why don’t the point out? Away from the source…. Is this normal?
    I am looking at a schematic right now and cannot determine where voltage reference comes from… Probably because of the stupid flags not meaning anything

      Its most likely a flyback. Has an air gap so cannot be used here. Its half bridge.

    Do a similar video on a 24 V 3000watt hi freq. (30 KHZ?) inverter for 220VAC with 4 or 5 pulse transformers, 16 or 20 mosfets, *or just one hi freq ferriteb toroid*, and 4 or 6 IGBTs or Mosfets for the H bridge output, but only using the 2 cheap, china, assembled boards,the SG3525+LM358+PC817, and the EGS002).

    I wasted a lots of time and money on this circuit and I gotta say its a huge disappointment. I have checked many times, everything is perfect just like showed in the video but the output is unbalanced even if loaded with resistor +50v 0 -83v transformer is perfectly balanced, not the problem. The worst part is that its blowing ultra fast 30A diodes WITHOUT A LOAD after a few minutes.
    This circuit is a disaster dont even try it.

    hmmm, good try but far from a quality solution and for professional application!
    A few things bother me... I'm sure there are better solution than transformer for the 12v secondary, almost same dimensions as the ETD49/54
    Then FLOAT 160V + HVDC 320V... no, I never liked that concept and so much current going through one capacitor C29. I don't know how it will behave with the dynamics of the music, with the peaks in the current which can be up to 10 times higher than the nominal current, I always prefer a toroidal transformer over a switching power supply! I have transformers older than 30 years and they have no problem EVER, try to convince me that switching power supply will last more than 2-3 years, and spare sparts... man, avoid if possible
