Insightful history and performance review. It's always useful to play the same riff with different knob settings. I hate when other guitar reviews turn the knobs and play different songs, it makes comparison impossible. As I recall, the guitar came with a deluxe soft case that was probably worth more than the instrument!
Thanks for all the info on this one! I also have a Teisco Del Rey Kep-10T. Wanted to leave a comment because this one is SN 382655, just 3 more than the one in the video. Good chance they came off the assembly line on the same day. It's a funky guitar, I dig the unique acoustic tones you can get out of this thing. Doesn't need to be all that loud to get feedback either.
I have an EP-10T (according to the plate on the guitar) that is obviously the same as yours. This makes sense as there are other Teisco models called the EP-10T, so you model number is probably more accurate.

That one of the coolest comments I’ve gotten. You’re right we probably have guitars made right next to each other!
I like the shape and sunburst finish on that better than a Gibson es-335 and the thinner body, with nice tight f holes, that are Bound.
That’s quite the compliment!

It's so hard to tell with some of these old Japanese models. Same factories making different brands, inconsistent serial #'s, some have no serial #'s!
Show me a model mg
11T had a thicker, body. ..same shape. 10t was the thin body'd one. ..better. ..less reach around.
Thanks for the tip! Hard to find reliable info on these sometimes
