As you created the drainage density, you specified the "area units" as square kilometers. In this case, what is the unit of the classified drainage density values? Is it km/km² or m/km² or what else?
Actually the lineament density is in raster format ..not in polyline. Lineament density is prepared by using line density tool from lineament(polyline) same that in drainage density above. if you need in polygon(shapefile) then convert the lineament density using the "raster to polygon" tool.

Please specify the conversion of Lineament Density Floating Raster file into Integer, without it the raster file cannot be converted to polygon.

why you reproject DEM when you create the slope? and how you determine into which Projection system you should reproject?
Based on your study area you need to reproject it, just search yoir location utm projection in google and you can get the utm projection number

You can't download this from online sources. Only you can prepare this layers by digitization option manually using data's.
Bhukosh portal. Geological Survey of India.You van find lineamnet and Geology.
