I'd like to recommend the new Blue Dot Outfitters heavy duty kayak cart. Just launched it and think it's better than all of these but of course I'm biased.
The CTug is the best cart. Easily breaks down for storage in the front hatch of my Coosa HD while out on the water. One of the best aftermarket accesories for kayak fishing.
Absolutely hated it. Doesn’t hold all sizes of yaks firmly in place and it ultimately cracked in the center. Replaced it with a Wilderness Systems cart, couldn’t be happier.

For lighter kayaks I'd say yes for C-Tug. But ones 100lb+ No easy to load on top.

Only thing that i dont like is the wheels if they were bigger id grab this up i feel like they dont have much clearance for rough terrain

I have an Old Town predator pdl and I have this piece of crap I'm looking for something else right now btw the "kickstand" doesn't do shit
So where do you store it on your kayak once you reach the water?
