The collection of turquoise you have shown in your videos has been truly amazing. I am now retired but during the years that I was actively in the custom and vintage jewelry business as well as dealing in bullion, I had a number of people ask me what mine the turquoise in a piece was from. My reply was I gave up on trying to answer that questions many years ago and you just proved that point with that Chinese turquoise. Unless you actually buy it from the miner it can be very difficult in many cases to say where it came from. Thanks for sharing your knowledge on the subject. GD

Good question. Look to our video of a tour of the Lander Blue mine. There may well be more turquoise but the challenges of the topography plus the expense of mining plus meeting all environmental regulations have restricted further exploration.
