How to Un-Box Hatching Eggs

This video will explain how to unbox the chicken eggs we shipped to you. Please follow these instructions, or you may lose your eggs to breakage.
Remove the top piece of 1/2 inch foam from the top of the eggs. You will then see plugs with the eggs on top of the holes. Remove them at this time. Next, reach down beside the foam with the eggs until you find the 2nd layer of 1/2-inch foam. Gently lift out the eggs, ensuring that 1/2 inch foam is kept on the bottom of the layer to help insure your eggs do not drop through the foam as they are not a tight fit. Then repeat this process with the 2nd layer of eggs.
