Intex excursion 5 with a trolling motor. Love it. Perfect for cruising Florida’s natural springs. Built a wooden carpeted floor for it, and tricked it out. It’s the civic of inflatable boats. Not the best. Not the fastest. But so cheap and easy to modify.
I love that this is an unbiased review. The #1 boat wasn't even the most expensive. Sheesh, it'll cost almost as much to fit an engine than the cost of the Sea Eagle itself!
Very interesting. Seeing this I am reminded of the 2 person inflatable raft my brother had on the 80s. He bought a ship-to-shore radio. Because of that the Coast Guard made him register the radio and name the raft. What else would he choose? This two person inflatable boat was legally known as "Rubber Ducky" which had to be, along with his call numbers, be displayed on the thing.
im very new at this.. havnt purchased yet, but you seem to know what youre talking about.. whats your opinion of your eagle sr14 compared to an Eagle FS 13 ? thank you
Fun fact for our viewers is that literally this is Chris Kane from UA-cam channel, simple history, who legitimately is well-known. For documenting a lot of the narration on there
I also love theSevylor Colossus-Boat👍🏻👌. Looks almost like a RIB-Boat in its shape😊 Must be very comfy to sit in-just remember the Lifejacket.. I Can recommend the Helly Hansen Navigare Comfort lifejacket that I use myself..
Are you kidding me? I've been using inflatable boats for over fifty years, both as a yachtie and as a Force Recon operator. Except for the bow bunny in the intro, this video is utter nonsense. Do yourself a favor and just disregard the entire thing.
@@Fish_and_Chip If you're looking for a RHIB, there are many good options. I recommend hypalon, and not PVC, from one of the established makers. It's more expensive, but lasts longer, and you can patch and glue on accessories, if necessary. If you're looking for a full inflatable ("roll-up"), I recommend a top-of-the-line hypalon Inmar. Just bought one myself. Extremely high quality, and they have incorporated design features developed by Zodiac over many years. Sad to say, but I wouldn't touch any of the current full inflatable Zodiacs. Been using them since the '70s. Sad.
Unfortunately there are only about 4 or 5 out of those 15 that are available to purchase in the UK, Intex and sea eagle are the makes unless someone can educate me on others?
Inflatable Boats are great... Economy and if it is big enough you have a lot of fun with family and friends and important thing. They are portable easly... and they are more safe then other boats.... So dont buy cheap shi...... Honwave T40 is the best or Quicksilver Boats !!
I very surprised that Stryker boats isn't on this list, especially when I would rank it #1 or 2 on your top best list. Need to do some more homework before you start posting a video on the best inflatable boats....

Love to see a list that I could actually afford. More please.

Your story reminded me of the boat I used on local lakes in the 70's. It doubled as our tin bath on Sunday bath nights 🤣🤣🤷♂️🤦♂️
I have the Sea Eagle SR14; customized it to be a luxury cruiser to seat 6 with remote steering and jet O/B. Can't beat that!

I want to fish offshore in SE Florida. My inlet is a bit sketchy. What boat do you suggest?

Small. Infateb csbinncruser 5 metr.
Which one is not made in China? We make them now with an aluminum transom and welded seams with 0.9 or 1.2 mm pvc.
