I have a 2013 Road glide cvo? and my battery is dead. I tried to remove the Bolts holding the plastic battery cover, it seems as though somebody used loctite on those bolts so how would I get these bolts out without damaging the battery cover ?

Mine 5 years. Better replace those stock bulbs (signals/headlights) with led bulbs
