An amazing and delightful music played wrong!. The guitarist is playing in her own world, and the orchestra is just there trying to help her! :)
You've got a point. The piece is being played a lot more quickly than most guitarists play it (the score is marked "Allegretto"), so looks like Irina is absorbed in getting the notes right at this cracking pace :-( This is an orchestral arrangement of a solo guitar piece: so they/she should have revised the solo to simplify out all those notes that are hard to play but can't be heard.
The point here is the lack of synchronism between guitar and orchestra. Also, they seem not to agree with the interpretation of the piece. Looks like they didn't rehearse...
One of the 4 of us here is deaf.....hehe.......masterful performance.....brilliantly played by Ms Kulikova...ably and wonderfully accompanied by the orchestra.
And if @Michael Troke listens correctly, some notes have been omitted in this arrangement.

This performance fell apart because the piece was played way too fast.
No me gusta que la guitarra suene a través de un micrófono.
Guitar sounds like in a tin can. I thought the beginning tempo was a tad too fast.
No doubt a great player but I'd rather hear her solo.

😂 You wanna say that the guitar is part of orchestra? Yes, the guitar isn't part of the orchestra, but like solo instrument it is. Btw the guitar is sometimes used in symphony orchestra as a specific instrument like harp.
