Please Paige try and make it to Cornwall before the weather really changes. Do a weekend because it's right at the end of the Southern coast so a weekend will be worth it. Sorry that your friend is leaving i know how that feels when a friend leaves for another country or to go back home, it's hard.
I definitely want to visit but I’ve heard Cornwall is super expensive right now because everyone is flocking there!
@@PaigeMariah St Ives is beautiful but you’re right not many people are travelling because of Covid/tests so they’re staying in the UK. You could do those beautiful beaches in Cornwall and Devon, Whitby etc next summer. I posted a comment saying maybe go to Blackpool for a weekend!

Margate is what I think of when I think of a British seaside town. It's not too big and the beach is nice and it looks like you had a great time there.

If you want another day trip beach suggestion from London I would highly recommend Bournemouth it has a really beautiful long beach and lots to do and see. I wish your friend Hope all the success in life, I'm glad she was able to be your comfort blanket over the past few years, I'm so sorry to see her go 🥺... always cherish the memories.

I wish your friend all the best. Thank you for showing me another beach in England: Margate. It's funny. I visited another beach, too: Seal Beach, CA. Great minds think alike. It was nice. I like that the beaches come with an amusement park. Total fun. With the ones I visited(except for Santa Monica), they do not have that. Not even a guy with a cart of cold beverages. LOL. I miss Coney Island in Brooklyn, NY. That was part of my childhood. Can't wait to visit England one day. Glad you had a good time.
