This is my exact thought. Im gonna replace the engine in this if I have to.(2014-V6- manual) Its the last mustang that has that original aggresive mustang look to it. The s550 after it as well as this latest model look like every other generic sleek grocery getter on the street. Cant tell it apart from a honda civic lol. They have no unique personality like this model does.
I have a 2013 mustang and I have 106,000 miles and nothing yet has popped up. However maintenance is key. I do have a question though. How do you keep your engine bay so clean??
Vegas doesn’t get a lot of moisture or rain which helps but from time to time, it does get dusty. Ironically, I don’t have a skid plate under the car so it’s bare under the engine for dirt and such to kick up.

Keep it. I am a old man and I think the 13-14 Mustang is a great car (I have a 2014 V6) and it will be a sought after classic one day.

You caught it just in time! Mine took a crap shorty after purchasing the car and luckily it’s not too difficult to swap.
car cover would really help in the fading. can alos ceramic it. did that to my car and it been clean.
