Yes but it is also too easy for the wrong kind of person to get a gun. Most of us don't want guns outright banned. We want a better vetting process so less guns end up in the hands of the wrong people. High powered rifles for example should be hard to get. The requirements should be extensive to own one
Tell your mom she did a wonderful job raising you three. Family dynamics are gone now a days. It is awesome to see the fun and love in all 3 of you guys.
This has to be my favorite episode thus far. I loved getting to know Andy more. You guys rocked this eposide, I am so happy to hear everyone's opinions "equally". The conversation flows better when everyone works together and let's everyone finish their sentences.😉
Wow I had no idea that Andy had to deal with a stalker as a child, that sounds so traumatic. I understand completely why he values the protection of owning a firearm. I would not want to own one myself, but I feel we all should have the right to have the option to have one.
Also Joe was almost abducted when he was about 4-5yrs from the back seat of his mom's car...& his Mom Donna was in front seat while this was all happening! He got away but still, would've been terribly horrifying for them.
Hey guys! Your authenticity is so refreshing and your down to earth common sense is appreciated. The bond and dynamics of brotherhood shines through. Good luck you deserve all the success you’ve worked so hard for! Much love from New York ❤❤❤
Weapons and martial arts are a couple of my hobbies, and movies that have both are the best, so I was entranced with this episode and hanging on every word. Loved that you guys did this topic. Unpopular opinion: I love when you guys talk over each other. It feels real and like I am in the room with you. I feel it makes it more fun and energetic.
Hello from West Chester, PA. I’m 54 and really enjoying your podcast. Rooting for all of you and love your Philly roots. Love how close you are. Joey, saw you on Steve O’s podcast and that was a great interview. Glad you decided to do this pod with your brothers and looking forward to future episodes. ✌🏼
Please tell me I’m not the only one screaming along with Andy to let him speak! 😂 But on a serious note, while I don’t understand the appeal behind gun ownership, I do agree that precautions in the form of education should be taken. This pod has been great to watch/listen to - can’t wait to see what y’all will be talking about next.
So.. I Get Joey is a dynamic personality and everyone is different in groups, but nonstop he talks over his brothers with his enthusiasm. Take the lead Joey but let others speak and shine. That's a true leader
You know they all like have severe ADHD right? That is why they are the way they are 😂🤦♀️ The talking over people, Matt also does, and anyways it is a common ADHD thing. The story-telling (esp as a way to process thoughts in real time), the info dumping, the insane levels of oversharing, regardless of how inappropriate or bizarre.. 😂😂😂 There are different types as well, with different things showing up. I was a certain way before, more quiet, hardly talked tbh, I had many things going on, and about 4 years ago it shifted and I have now the complete opposite symptoms, it's super interesting to experience. Anyways Watching these guys is like people are acting out what my brain is doing on the inside, which is why I vibe with them so much lolol ADHD is gonna ADHD, whether you like it or not 🤷♀️😂
So excited! Episode 11! Andy was the target this morning. You guys roasting each other is so good! How is this genuine?? 😂 We need more then one a week. Great guest..Brotherly love for sure..❤😊
I just found your podcast this past week, and with the few episodes I've watched, it has become my favorite. This episode, in particular, was fantastic. Your guest and his behind the scenes stories were very interesting.
👏👏👏Great Episode!!! Came across your podcast accidentally, have followed you guys since you were little boys going back to Joey on Johnny Carson. Awesome to see the Lawrence Brothers together as young men, makes me feel old lol. 💯 agree with you about gun/gun safety, I live in Hawai’i, in the last 5 years crime has skyrocketed. It’s daylight muggings everywhere, it’s not legal to carry here but I have a birdie in my hand and I’m always vigilant to my surroundings when I’m walking in public. My grandsons are going to be home schooled. We’re not living in fear just living differently to adapt to the world we’re living in today.
New camera? Looks super sharp and more professional! Y’all are taking up to the next level!! You guys are hilarious. This is quickly becoming my favorite podcast. ❤❤
I really hate how edited this video is! WOuld love to see the full unedited thing. I feel it has some detailed stories we would love to hear. GREAT EPISODE!
I loved this episode so much!!! It was awesome watching Andy talk about one of his passions! I was happy to be to hear Andy speak and not be spoken over all the time lol. Bring Taran back! He was amazing! I loved all the stories! 💙💙💙💙
This was very informative. I had basic knowledge of all 3 gun-related tragedies but getting the prospective from a professional with inside info really gives me pause to rethink the Baldwin incident. Also props to the bros and the "Manscape" promo😂😂😂
This was your best episode thus far, gentlemen! I’ve been a Lawrence-brothers fan for years since the ‘90s. Your podcast is so refreshing! You guys are so unpretentious, hard-working, and FUN! Thank you for being a simple reminder that being good, family-oriented, fun-loving people is COOL! You don’t try to be anything else but yourselves. THANK YOU for doing this podcast and allowing us to enjoy a closer glimpse into the awesome people you are. God bless ❤ ✌️
I am so happy I have caught up with all you’re episodes of your podcasts and I’m so happy I can watch this one on the day it’s actually out. I enjoy everything you guys talk about from serious topics to let lose topics and you guys just by through the whole episode makes my heart so happy and it melts not to sound cheesy! You 3 are my childhood and I can’t thank you all enough for making my day and night rather you guys post your podcast to Instagram etc. I have depression and anxiety and you guys seriously get me through by the day and again just want to say thank you from the bottom of heart. 💜
GREAT EPISODE!! Joey is right. I didn't always understand what Taran was saying, but at the same time, I was VERY interested in what he was saying. Awesome first guest!
Guys this is pretty cool. I am close with my brother also and you all survived that whole Hollywood environment that was intended to rip your family apart. Great family! I hope you guys keep it up!
I love the guest star on set. You guys should have friends or other celebrities on the set all the time. That would be fun. You guys are so hilarious. I look forward to this every week. 😂😂😂
I love all this insider knowledge of the industry. I’m in production in Miami and it’s hard to keep up sometimes. Aside from enjoying your brotherly dynamic of course. Thank you ❤
Just now getting to watch this… LOVE IT!!! I look forward to this every single week!!! My favorite brothers.. y’all rock !!!! Much love to the Lawrence Bros.!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Everyone needs to be educated on guns on set. That’s definitely a lesson. I’m not a gun owner & never will be. But I love the importance of education & safety. I’m totally loving this podcast! @BrotherlyLovePodcast I still send in my story. I have 1 sister. She’s a mom of 3 kids! And next week I’ll be visiting her & her kiddos for Mother’s Day weekend!
I love this episode, thank you so much for bringing awareness to gun safety and how common sense is so important. It’s not a political issue and we should never be unarmed in a free country but we must take the responsibility to learn and now how to safely use them
I have two Frenchies (we had another for 10 years, but he passed away in 2021 😢), so I COMPLETELY understand Andy’s devotion to feeding his dog better than himself. 😂 LOVE the hat, too!! 🥰
Agreed! Coincidentally, I had posted on my IG a couple hours ago about how people always made fun of me for preparing homemade meals for my dog. Then I watch this and Matt is making fun of Andy for the same thing. 😂😂 Dogs deserve the best.
@@naturallyashly They really should!! They are the best things on the earth and deserve to be treated as such. 😍 Plus, at least you know what your dog is eating if you make it yourself. 😉👍
@@KrystleLovesHorror omg yes. I looked at a bag of dog food one day and was like "what the hell are these ingredients? Is this even food?" and then committed to the rest of her life, every Sunday prepping her meals for the week so I would know what I was feeding her. She LOVED it. I'm so glad there are people out there who feel this way about their dogs too.
Excellent episode! I have been a fan since Gimme a Break! (I even still have "Jumping Ship" on VHS, and my Joey Russo doll, lol) I am also originally from just outside Philly area, and am just a few months younger than Joe. I have watched all the episodes of this podcast, and look forward to the new one each week. You gentlemen have an amazing bond and I love hearing your stories and opinions on such a variety of topics. Thank you for doing these podcasts and I hope they continue for a very long time to come.
I'm so glad I found this podcast. I remember watching you guys on tv and movies as far back as i can remember. I was born in 1977. I'm from Williamsport PA. I just listen as I'm doing housework and it makes it less boring 😂. I especially like when you have guests on your show. Hopefully you continue to make great content. Thanks so much!
Another great podcast. I do wish you guys would talk a little bit longer. It doesn't have to be anything crazy. But you guys get on very interesting topics and you always end up having to wrap it up.
I see good things for these brothers. They have had the one thing that not alot of people have which is a bond and love. Solo they good but together they are great. People are definitely taking a 2nd look. What once wasn’t …..IS. I think people are tried of the drama and this is what makes them different than others.
Surreal to see these guys all grown up. I remember Joey and his first late night interview with Johnny Carson---classic! I was also a big fan of the show "Brotherly Love".
I Loved this episode. This podcast is truly the best. You guys always help me get through my work day. I always look forward to this. Thank you for always bringing the good vibes and the comedy and truth. Hope you all do a live podcast tour in the future. Love you guys❤❤❤
The whole Rust thing is wild. My husbands uncle works as a producer in Hollywood and he too said he heard there was several things that they should have done (but didn’t) prior to the accident. Also a very toxic set, and cut corners. There’s no excuse for not taking gun safety seriously. Absolutely horrible situation.
I'm loving this podcast, the three of you have such a great relationship. Very real, interesting, and funny. I'm actually watching right now because I try to control my anxiety on my own, and I needed to take a break from life for a second. I'm pretty good at doing that now, but as soon as you all started talking I was calmed down.
Yes it's about safety and knowledge! Love you guys and I am loving the podcast and started at episode 1 and I am playing catch up. I don't even like podcast but love you guys! Been a fan since blossom!😊
Common sense, in my opinion, would be that we have training and licensing requirements in order to legally own a gun. I think most people aren’t opposed to responsible and educated gun owners. That would be ideal.
This exactly. My family has a lot of guns but 1. No one without training is allowed to touch them and 2. You'll get in big trouble if you point even a toy gun at someone. Andy was 100% correct when he said he felt the heavy responsibility of operating a firearm. When you hear so many people talk about firearms they act like it's a glass of water. Zero respect, zero care, and zero consideration for anyone else or their safety. These guys you can hear have the proper respect that it is a weapon and they could seriously hurt or kill someone. I think they could change minds if they started doing like PSAs on firearms.
Uhhhm okay, what if someone who doesn't like your politics decides you failed the test? Or like, what if they decide people with below 100 IQ? And what if your little sister score a 99 everytime? Think real hard about the laws you want
Round 2, please bring his brother on too!! Love that you all broke it down sooo smoothly! 😢sorry all 3 of you had to go through crazy dazies trying to harm ya'll 😢 glad that you are setting the bar for working together ❤❤❤
Great episode! Really interesting hearing about behind the scenes of all those movies, not the biggest fan of action movies but loved Money Plane such a great movie! ☺️
Definitely my favorite episode now!!! I need to catch up on my movies including John Wick!! Thank you guys for having Taran on as a guest and saying what I have been telling people regarding this whole gun debate. It was so fun to watch this episode and being able to understand what he was saying as an Army veteran and gun owner myself. By taking the guns away from those who are responsible, you are letting those who are not and who do not respect the lives of others will continue to find a way to get them. Gun safety and responsibility is key no matter where you are or what you are doing!! As for self defense, it so important, especially nowadays, which is why I took Krav Maga for a year because I have had people try to sweet talk me into things and I’m like no way, you just don’t know anymore how people can react.
I grew up watching all three of you on tv and proud that you both haven't become the cliché for child actors. You all have been good examples of how to grow up in Hollywood
Wow, this episode was awesome! Was really happy for Andy on this one because this is a subject he is passionate about. I think it is awesome he is such an individual. He has his own interests and doesnt care what anyone thinks. So awesome for him! Joe and Matt, leave him be and embrace the weird. Lol. And Taran is a really cool guy, and it was really interesting hearing his perspective. I actually have a fear of guns that i wish i didnt. Id absolutely love learning from him. And hehehehe, the Manscape commercial. I am a child because i was giggling the entire time. Andy and i basically had the same smirk. On a different note, i was shocked about Andy almost getting kidnapped. Im so glad he got out of it alive due to his street smarts. Also so glad the entire family was safe from those incidents. Love you guys, and heres to another great episode! See you next week! ❤❤❤❤❤
That must be so tragic that happened to you, Andy. I’m so happy that you mom hired some bodyguards to protect you because that can be very hurtful at a young age. So glad that your family is safe. I’m so sorry that you’re family had to go thur that. ❤ I love you Andy. Take care of yourself.
My second favorite part of Friday is this podcast...you are the nicest bunch of guys... I was an extra on mistletoe mixup 2 strictly so I could fangirl (my 13 year old self was very happy)...you guys have the best chemistry and are the most genuine, down to earth guys, and I can't wait to tune in every week...Thanks for making something good and actually worth listening to.
Agreed about gun safety. We have guns here at home that are loaded but my children know gun safety and know its not a toy, don't point at anyone and don't have your finger on the trigger. I;d rather them be educated on it than shielded and pick one up one day and not know what to do or how to handle it
Wonderful episode, love the importance of Safety and Education when it comes to guns. Absolutely, agree and it is refreshing to see your viewpoints at the end of this episode. This was definitely a turning point for this podcast and hope to see more important issues like education, ag/food, and tech brought up. Lots of very important issues effecting us Californians and it's definitely a fight when it comes to discussing these issues.
Excellent podcast, so interesting, fun and full of wisdom! Love Andy’s passion and knowledge about this subject. Breaks my heart to hear why he had to become knowledgeable ❤ Fame is an understatement of a monster!!!! Love you boys!

Fun fact , on a school trip I went to one of your brotherly love tapings! Lol ! It was so amazing ! Love you guys ! ❤
What year?
One of the best episodes that you guys have done! I really appreciate what you said in the episode. 👏🏼
I look forward to Fridays just to watch this … makes my day. My weekend. My week. Thank you.
Great convo, Lawrence Bros!
Love seeing you guys . I loved you than and now . My gosh Time flies !!!
You go Andy. Keep doing exactly what you are doing. They will come to you for food and protection.
It’s nice to see that there are still people in Hollywood with common sense!! Thank you!
You fellas are incredibly pleasant to watch. This was a great episode.
Krav maga, wow!
Also, thank you for your service!
Great episode today!! Love this podcast and your dynamic. Love my Fridays even more because of your podcast. Love you all.🥰
You brothers are excited. I am excited right now to watch this new episode of the brotherly love pod 😍
We're excited to have you 😎
I grew up watching all three of you on tv and proud that you both haven't become the cliché for child actors. You all have been good examples of how to grow up in Hollywood
This is my favorite episode so far! Thanks
Way to go! Love this episode, completely agree with you about gun safety and law. You guys have been spot on.
I'll be sharing this one! Great episode and great conversation 👏
This is a great conversation with logic and not just emotional ranting. Appreciate you guys for addressing this.
The manscape ad was the most entertaining part of the podcast. 😂😂😂
This podcast/show keeps getting better with each episode. I hope it never ends. I’d love to play the janitor if possible. 🙇🏻♂️
I use to think Andy was Brendan Frazier's brother, then I figured out later on he was the youngest Lawrence kid with a bowl haircut.
I just found this podcast. So excited for you guys and what you are doing. You guys are my childhood hero’s. Keep it up.
Thanks! Love you guys!
TGIF! I love this podcast!!! ❤❤❤
I don’t know why I’m cracking up at Joey looking into the camera yelling “Wesley!” 😂
Great episode!!! Love you guys🔥🔥🔥 Thanks for the smiles🥰
I'm so happy this podcast is climbing in numbers :)
