I took Neurobion for 30 days, and included one daily Zinplex magnesium the last 10 days; then about a week after i stopped taking these supplements, my chronic insomnia, fatigue, and depression disappeared for about 25 days.
Now I'm unsure if it was Neurobion or Zinplex magnesium that caused the improvement.
I know it was one of the two or both because I never felt healthy before like i did.
