I have a good combo idea but I'm sure others as well as you know but a double jab to the head then a cross into the solar plexus now the traditional way is double jab to the head cross to the head but think about it when you throw those first too shots to the head they are gonna raise there hands high and expect a third hit to the head and guess what else ? There exposing there body so that can be a good combo too but the ones you showed are just as deadly but I was just giving an idea out or you can do double jab into a hook to the body but ya..
honestly it depends. its important to remember that for fighters its not nessecarily being massive that helps us in fighting. to gain muscle in general, its best to increase protein and carb intake and strength training whilst still doing cardio and cutting out any bad foods (junk food, high sodium and high glucose foods and whatnot) just dont make the same mistake i did and do a "dirty bulk" its not beneficial and will never help. don’t listen to these people who says muscle isn’t necessary, it is if you train it right, by functional exercises, you get many benefits from them, for functional muscles, do not train like a bodybuilder, most of the exercises they train aren’t functional and with that much mass, performance sucks, that’s why you need lean muscle for athleticism, but if you want to look good and build muscle while having good performance, add some bodybuilding exercises by also including functional exercises, include like pull ups, any type of functional squats, deadlifts, hand cleans, bench press, etc. Basically an athletic-bodybuilding program. Not just a bodybuilding program in general. Just don’t make muscle mass a priority, your performance is. Boxing is mainly all about endurance, and yes diet is the most important factor depending what diet you’re programming. hope this helps

i once got hit at solar plex for 5 min i couldn't breathe that day I got a temporary tattoo to the place where I got hit and I challenged my self I will not remove it until I knock the person that hit me out its been 4 months and I still have it but not for long inshallah

Well its hard to do all three, Try a lean/mini bulk(bulking mini and wont notice fat gain) and then cut
