    My all time favorite “wish I could have tasted” Top Chef dish was Chef Dale’s breakfast-inspired dumpling.

    That's way too much liquid for that sized instant pot. I'd venture to guess that's over the max line (which is too much for pressure cooking.) And that's even before the roast goes in. That's a dangerous amount to put in a cooker. I'd consider halving the stock amounts.

      I agree. Put the meat in and then add the liquid. That way you can stop when you hit the max line.
