Good show man! I couldn't tell how far the branch was that was the "40th time ", I know what you mean. Lol. Didn't know if you've seen the Rope Logic telescoping tool, goes from 19" to 10 feet. Lightweight too. It's been a big help with me in reaching and advancing up in the tree as well. Ebay item number 264291504010.
Looked like one UA-cam job turned into at least two. Awesome to see the YT hobby earning a few $$$ as we enjoy you sharing your knowledge and skills. Thanks as always for sharing mate.
nice work Spencer....i'm not sure how many jobs we have got from UA-cam , but the boss always mentions the channel during the estimate so then i get a bunch of customers asking if we can do a vid about their trees 🤙 stay safe stay healthy
nice to see saws that work, I think I blew my dads 391 yesterday :( piston is all sorts of scored, maybe milling with a homeowner saw is a bad idea, on a good note, a piston wont be that bad to replace
@@metaspencer me nether, on a good note its a $20 fix, cylinder looks ok (Havent taken the head off, just looking from the spark plug hole and exhaust port) might have to hone the cylinder, and deffinatly a new piston, can fix it in a few hours
@@metaspencer I dont know exactly what this will be, since im hearing the 391 is a clamshell, havent looked, but I dont think its gonna coma apart like the rest im seeing (remove top cover, side covers, carb and block, then hammer out the wrist pin, swap piston and repeat but backwards) really hoping I can get it fixed easily, and hoping the cylinder isnt screwed up, since its not my saw and its almost brand new. weird feeling, like I cant tell if its my fault it blew (I was using it when it happened) or if its not my fault (It was my dads idea to mill with it, but I didnt ask before going out and milling this time) im gonna go with not my fault, was his idea to mill with it, and I was doing exactly what he said was ok, in fact I was running it easier than normal, rocking it in the cut (To take the corners off instead of plowing thru one long cut)
How you liking that little Echo? I tried getting my guys to use it but unfortunately it sucks pruning Palms. Not so much the fronds but the boots. Anyway I wound I getting that Stihl 661 and my guys love it. It’s a great saw on ficus trees!
That little Echo is light, which I like, but its only really good on the smaller soft woods just because it's underpowered. When it's good it's good and I really like it ... but I still climb with the most powerful top handle most of the times
Nice work Spencer. Why do people wait until a tree is completely dead before they call the tree guys? I was at my brother’s camp today and noticed their large black ash is 1/3 dead. I told him he better get a tree guy in there before it’s toast or it’ll cost them even more.
It's a complete rip off around here: the city runs a "landscape recycling center" and it costs about $100 per dump trailer to drop off, and everything has to be cut down to 6' pieces. So a chipper would be nice but I haven't gone that way yet
@@metaspencer Woah that sucks. I had my truck bed and a 4x8 trailer filled with brush and the dump wanted $60 to get rid of it. Now that's not seeming like such a rip off
@@griley1474 Since it all gets chipped and composted and is better for the town/environment to recycle than just dump somewhere random, I always think it should be FREE ... but I just like free no matter what :)
@@metaspencer what can I say, I wonder if a chipper would have paid for itself yet? Is there an attachment version for your tractor, and if so would that be a cheaper option?

Big thanks! I forgot all about that tool but sounds like a great one for placing and retrieving lines. Better line placement is always worth it
Very nice.
Love new work that comes by working. Great job
Stay safe
I’m glad your videos are not only a way to entertain us, but also a way to get you jobs 👍
A pleasant surprise!
Nice work, Glad the 2511T is running well.

Thanks mate! It was funny talking to various people from up in the tree ... kinda like office hours 👍
Sheeeee back that stop button problem ....gone... Working like a champ 😜😜😜😜...
Welllll, kinda. Still acts up from time-to-time. I'll have to drop it a few times this week and see if it autoheals :)
Gooood afternoon Spencer another great job done! God bless !
Gooooooood afternoon to you, Loren! :)

That's so cool, man ... recognition for the vids! :) Loving it

Dude, 40 throws of that line!! I would be at my psych's office asking for stronger meds that make me feel better about all those try's!!! lol
Stronger meds for sure ... then down the whole bottle 😀
can you do a setup vid?
What do you mean, like all the gear? or how to technically set up to climb? Let me know
Nice outro😂 .
Haha ... thanks!
My opinion, this isn't the way TO do it. It's just the way YOU do it.
Thanks for the content.
Keep up the good work.

Absolutely! haha

4:30 changed out battery or hit roof and edited it out?!.🤓
