I think it's because there's something about the human spirit yearns for adventure. I'm right there with ya! Great ride, great experience, and get teared up every time.
It's the whole environment of it. The happy, more excited theme to it once you reach such adventurous heights in the ride, backed up with that incredible feel of nostalgia would make lots of people tear up
I waited in line for an hour to ride this the first time, I was astounded. I waited in line 3 more time because I just love it so much! Can't get enough!
In a world where we hate each other more often than not. We enslave animals for entertainment, to test on and most disturbing, to eat their chop up body parts. Someone's skin color is more important than their life skills and ethics. We hate each other based upon who we find love in and marry. And now we are all sickened in a pandemic because we just can't come to grips and terms that animals are not here for us and should be left alone. We constantly destroy this beautiful planet because of our neglect to it, our reckless life choices and an addiction to consuming the mutilated bodies of sentient beings. No offense but this country is not great and neither is any other. What will make this country and all countries great? Human beings becoming extinct.
@Olivia 757 I don't eat or wear anyone. I'm at a farm sanctuary right now. Looking into their eyes paints a whole new picture. Have you ever visited one before? Not a petting zoo or aquarium. Those are nothing more than animal prisons.
I heard this at the Atlanta Aquarium, and I felt like I was back at Epcot for the best few minutes. It was an amazing thing hearing them play this theme while looking at the fish. :)
This is my favorite ride at Epcot! I heard this at the big Toys R Us in Times Square when I was visiting New York a few years ago and I thought it was cool that it made me think of Epcot!
I can smell the Pine Trees! This is THE MOST AWESOME ride in the entire Disney World Resort. I could have literally stayed on it all day, and being a former Disney Cast Member working in 'The World Showcase - Rose and Crown Pub' I got to ride Soarin as many times as I wanted!
First time I rode Soarin', I remember thinking "Why are they using Star Trek music?" Then I found out it was composed by Jerry Goldsmith and all became clear.
I'm definitely going to miss riding Soarin' when I return in September. We only get to choose two parks, so we're going to Magic Kingdom and (unfortunately my least favorite of the 4) Animal Kingdom. Epcot is actually tied for 2 with Hollywood studios
Me too! I been there since I was very young like as a baby. I can’t wait till Spring 2020. I will be going to Disney World My dream job is to work at Disney World 😉
Disney is the best of all by FAR! I live in Chicago. It definitely is a cool, fun and interesting place but since I live there I know most things about it well and it is kind of boring when you're used to it.
I keep imagining a modern version where you soar over skid row and when you fly over the beach their are piles of needles all over and a homeless taking a dump in the sand. The ride sprays liquid ass and car exhaust instead of the pleasent orange and pine smell 🤣
Lol it's too difficult to use this music as study music cause there are far too many memories attached to it, I've been to Disney World Florida 8 times and I miss it
@@Dimensioneer88 The theme music, to me, sounds like the actual theme song. Not the song that is played during the ride, but the song that plays while one is waiting in line outside.
I was getting annoyed with the music playing while I was flying around in the Gummi Ship in Kingdom Hearts III. Turned it off and played this instead. IMMEDIATE IMPROVEMENT.
I rode all the Soaring all around the world. Every one of them was exactly same. Yes, I did smell of grasses. The differences are their theme of the queue area and the final destination of the ride. It's goddamn ridiculous that Disney concocted this masterpiece of an attraction in 2001 yet failed to deliver in the feature film department with Atlantis the exact same year. The fact that they barely did anything to celebrate Walt's 100th birthday besides a parade makes it even worse.
Soarin is one of my absolute favorite Disney rides. I don’t know why but for some reason it makes me really emotional and I cry every time I ride it 😂
I think it's because there's something about the human spirit yearns for adventure. I'm right there with ya! Great ride, great experience, and get teared up every time.
ZoLexa test track is my favorite ride at Epcot
ZoLexa omg me too!! You’re not the only one 😂 especially with the music because it’s so nostalgic and happy!
It's the whole environment of it. The happy, more excited theme to it once you reach such adventurous heights in the ride, backed up with that incredible feel of nostalgia would make lots of people tear up
maybe it is the ending when you come back to Epcot and the fireworks make the hidden Mickey. That makes me cry.
Aww im crying I remember riding this with my father. It brings me back.
Lol same
I love this ride. This is one of my favorites at Epcot, along with Test Track
I waited in line for an hour to ride this the first time, I was astounded. I waited in line 3 more time because I just love it so much! Can't get enough!
Anna H it’s my favorite ride at Epcot!
@@carlsimpkins9197 my favourite too Carl because I love the music and I smell Oranges in the field
Every time I ride it it gives me nostalgia back to the good days
Anna, I totally agree it’s amazing! It’s a great adventure around the world without leaving.
Does anyone else smell oranges
+TheEquus92 YEEESSS
No watermelon
i think there was a part in the ride where you would go through orange trees. Maybe thats why the ride had the smell of oranges. :o
I'm guessing nobody here gets the reference.
And I wasn't even alive when that ride was there.
Yessssss. Fucking love Soarin. Glad it's still at Disney Epcot. It's a classic to never be replaced.
This music makes you remember how fortunate we are to live in such a beautiful part of the world. This is a great country and a great land!🇺🇸🦅

I heard this at the Atlanta Aquarium, and I felt like I was back at Epcot for the best few minutes. It was an amazing thing hearing them play this theme while looking at the fish. :)
why was this playing at an aquarium
Brock Drozeski Beats me. But it was at a very famous aquarium, known for it’s whale sharks. I guess it just felt magical. 😁
If I close my eyes, it's like if I was there... Thank you so much!
The ride is simply amazing, but the music throughout it just makes it that much more enjoyable. Great job, Disney.
Goosebumps.......
Me too
sandra harris I smile so big with a side of cold goosebumps
Best ride ever at Epcot. So glad it's still there, it's a must do every time my family goes there. (And yes it's still in operation.)
No the best one is Test Track by far with the new update but i guess that happens when your car is the best for a whole 2 months
The music for this ride is amazing and always gives me the chills when I listen to it
21 days before I hear that music again in person after 4 years. I will cry for sure!
Beautiful music ...it gets me emotional
I regarded that this is one of the most magnificent rides to ever ride on
This is my favorite ride at Epcot! I heard this at the big Toys R Us in Times Square when I was visiting New York a few years ago and I thought it was cool that it made me think of Epcot!
Thank you for posting this. I love the ride but it is only enhanced by Jerry Goldsmith's music score.
Love it it makes me want to go back because it is my favorite ride God bless Disney

Such simpler times. I miss going here with my family.
I plan on going to Walt Disney world next year I'm putting soarin on my list of rides to go on. Love the music of Jerry Goldsmith.
Please, Disney, please bring it back...
loki352 uh it's still there FYI
I know, but this is the original soundtrack for Soarin' Over California, which I much prefer to Soarin' Around the World. I miss the old ride.
Yea same Soarin over California was so much better
Yep... I miss it so much...
Yeah the new one has its moments, but it will never compare to the original
It makes me feel like I'm actually there. Love It!
First time I rode Soarin', I remember thinking "Why are they using Star Trek music?"

The new score and ride don’t even compare to this one imo. I miss the old soarin :/

What does it matter, this is the music everyone thinks of when someone thinks about soarin, this is basically theme as there no other theme music.
Who’s going to volunteer to recreate Soarin’ in Microsoft Flight Simulator?
me, i am using a cessna 172
