Well now I’m getting an error message and it says “The compression of library My EndNote library.enl failed. Operation discontinued”. I just keep getting this continuously now.

For some reason, when I try to change the file to a .zip file it does not create a zip file and instead creates a new EndNote with just the selected references. For context, using EndNote20 on a pc. Any ideas/suggestions welcome. Thank you!
Gary, I am having a problem while previewing my newsletter I hope you can help i used text + image block image to right and text to left, but when preview it on desktop everything is good but in mobile you know that image goes up an text in bottom mine goes as well that's not the problem the problem is the text is not aligned to complete left it has some what of padding that I can remove please help me fix this problem

I haven't tried with EndNote 20 unfortunately, just EndNote X9. Perhaps try www.digitaltrends.com/computing/how-to-change-file-associations/
Unfortunately, my Endnote 20.4.1 is not capable for that... it freezes and we're talking about 37 references. *sigh*
Yes, EndNote is extremely fragile and annoying :(

Hi Saiyan, there are issues with right to left text in Mailchimp. I'm not familiar with the issues so please contact Mailchimp support directly.
