      @@sumayakhan1259 sure. I followed 10:14 ratio. 10 hours are my eating window and 14 hours is my fasting window. I do not take carbs. I follow a protein rich diet. Concentrate more on fish, chicken, meat. Try to avoid carbs and sugar as much as you can. Previously I was suffering with pcos and many other hormonal problems but now I’m perfectly fine AH.

    I already am doing intermittent fasting since 2 month now.. I have lost good weight. Plus in my eating window I try to eat very healthy... and I don't even drink shakar or anything in my tea. I like my tea cooked in milk and cardamom only .

    I do 16:8 also. I start eating around 11:30 and stop eating typically by 6:30 or 7:30 at the latest. Avoiding sugar and carbs also.

    Im diebetic age 31 years . When ever i do intermitten fasting my level goes to 350 above. According to drs they said when a person having diebetes goes to fasting their body starts using body fats for energy which makes the figure high . So plz share tips for diebetic patients too.

      Use vitaminD3 daily (30 mikrogram) - lack of this vitaminD3 is the reason for many diseaeses and bimaryian, specially skin problems, thyroid, diabetes, blood pressure, hormon problems, cancer etc

      @@nidayasir4899 and change ure diet too Nida - go for ketogenic diet (Watch Dr Berg vlogs on UA-cam) - do some exercise too. U are too young for diabetic. Seriously take daily vitamin D, do exercise, get enough sleep, change ure diet into ketogenic. May Allah bless u❤️❤️

    I cut out rice,sugar salt ,maida,junk,cold drinks anything unhealthy but i cannot live without roti because my brain never satisfied without it so i do make roti but with different flour i use jo ka atta and basen

    Asalaamu alaykum Ive been doing intermittent fasting for about 8 months I fast for 18 hours and my eating window is 6 hours I've lost 17 kilos I don't restrict any food I just eat in moderation I love chocolate I have a cheat day once a week and after that I'm back on track I also walk sometimes I wanted to lose weight and keep it off permanently but I knew if I restricted what I can eat I won't be able to keep it up so I eat roti rice pizza cookies chocolate basically everything I would normally eat but the only thing I changed is the amount I eat and the time I eat it I try not to consume more than 1500 calories a day and cheat day goes up to 2000 calories a day so you can still eat the things you like but in moderation it worked for maybe it can work for you

    Yeahh i m doing 18 hours intermittent fasting by skipping breakfast but i drink atleast 2 litres of water from morning to afternoon(water is so important during fasting)..i have 2 meals lunch nd dinner..nd i eat everything except junk,packaged food nd sugar(i take sugar in the form of any fruit in lunch) withh physical exerise..it can be walk as well well because i think being active is so much important..

    The best thing is to include fats in your diet. Healthy fats are butter, Desi ghee and animal fats. In addition omega 3 oil, olive and coconut oils are best.

    آج گیارہ نومبر ہے،میں نے گیارہ اکتوبر کو Intermittent fasting کرنا شروع کی تھی،
    آج ایک مہینے بعد میں نے اپنے جسم کی پیمائش کی ہے،تو اس وقت میری ویسٹ 40 تھی،آج 36 ہے،پورے 4 انچز ویسٹ صرف فاسٹنگ سے کم ہوئی ہے،جو کپڑے پورے نہیں آرہے تھے،آج وہ پہنے تو سب پورے آ گئے اور خوشی کی انتہا نہ رہی۔

    Even in my all pregnancybi didnt take any vitamins or iron tablets .i just ate lots of dates..dates are natural thing...we should depent on natural food not on unnatural food.....i like ur eating style almost thayswhy im telling u.i saw ur one video in which u said koshish karein apne jisam mein organic cheezein dalein..😊...now its my 4th pregnancy and i eat daily 5,6 dates...avoide unnatural supliments and vitamins juggin😍

Meri age 25 hai Magar mein chahti hun k mein paisa kamao kisi ki mohtaj na hun..Allah meri madad kare. Mujhe husband ka bhi mohtaj nahi hona dekh liya sabko. Apne haath mein paisa ho to banda kamyab hota hai

      Farak prhta ha production pe personal experience hai.. baby jub proper solids khany lgy tabh krsakty hain. Takay milk srf baby ko for sleep need hota like 2 or 3 time a day tabh best ha
