@@quintessence2183 Yea same here, even the slightly larger JoJo style are fine, although I wish JoJo’s, Fist of the North Star, Vinland Saga used better paper, they still use the regular tankōbon style paper, whereas the Vizbigs, or the perfect editions of Soul Eater use much nicer whiter paper.
I think it depends, if you want to relax in bed with a nice manga laying down then yes, singles are better. But if you want to really experience the art and how good Miura art can be then Deluxe is WAY better.
I have all the singles, due to already having most of them when the deluxe editions started. Currently just waiting for the preordered last single edition. I really don’t need 2 sets of the same manga, but they do look nice.
Random but I did the math for the Deluxe, the 14th Volume will include 40 and 41 so I dont know what the final "volume" would contain, maybe a bunch of art and tributes to Miura. Also i own volumes 7-10 so far worth every cent
@@RealLifeRyan Yea that’s exactly what they’ll do, I guarantee it. The usually just put filler in the back of the last issue just to fill it out, in the deluxe editions of Hellsing (which is the nicest deluxe, that Red faux leather just looks amazing, and it looks & feels different to the faux leather on Berserk, Blade of the Immortal also the leather looks different) they have over 40 pages at the end with art & doodles to fill it out. The volume covers are included in the back of each deluxe volume
@@Gyro_Scope360 I’ve seen them, they are really cool. :)

Yo.
The “Vaccinate!” Harvey Milk Day performance 5/22/2021 by the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus reminds me of the Eclipse in Berserk.
I literally just started collecting them, collecting one or two every paycheck.
Just ordered the deluxe edition 😂❤
I disliked the deluxe editions at first, because of the cover ,but recently I fell in love with them and I'm collecting them. I have 10 or so singles too,but I would rather have the deluxe ones completed
After the Rurouni Kenshin vizbig editions and the Berserk Deluxe, I wish this would become more common in the west. I'd probably upgrade my YYH manga if they did a Deluxe for that series
More ate coming
I have all the golden age arc with these! Awesome!
Gays can i start with the deluxe edition instead of the original version?
I’ve gotten 10 so far and LORD I LOVE READING IT
It big book
1:53 Mozgus moment
I started buying Blade of the Immortal regular omnibuses. Right when i saw the deluxes i was like ffffffuuuuuuuu!!!!! The Deluxes are worth it, but not if you already have the original volumes
i started with the delux right away since i expected berserk would benefit from larger pages and the price well is it not basicly the same as buying 3 singles?
Ive been buying them every pay heck for about $30 on amazon!! Gooo!!
I love the way the Deluxe Editions look on my shelf, but the singles/online are a better reading experience
God I think the opposite, the deluxe look so much better & so much nicer to read.
@@InfamyOrDeath-__- I agree, I've always preferred the larger omnibus volumes for manga.
I’ve got ten of these and love them
They’re genuinely perfect.
I am proud owner of Deluxe Vol. 5.
It truly deserves the money, but I sacrificed my wallet when bought it!
I've got all 10 volumes all between my Guts sword book ends.
It is much better 😊😊😊
I have a second copy of the second deluxe, it’s brand new still wrapped up & unopened, I could send it to you if you want?
The Dark Horse singles look like they were printed on newspaper.
I have all the singles, due to already having most of them when the deluxe editions started. Currently just waiting for the preordered last single edition. I really don’t need 2 sets of the same manga, but they do look nice.
I’m actually buying the singles now, I have all the deluxe and want the regulars to go on the shelf beside them.
Amazon sells these for 30 bucks each which makes it the obvious choice to choose these over the singles.
bought the first one for the black swordsman arc
I haven't try do draw these art styles esp berserk
Random but I did the math for the Deluxe, the 14th Volume will include 40 and 41 so I dont know what the final "volume" would contain, maybe a bunch of art and tributes to Miura. Also i own volumes 7-10 so far worth every cent
They might throw in the “guide book” to match the length of a 3rd volume
@@RealLifeRyan Yea that’s exactly what they’ll do, I guarantee it. The usually just put filler in the back of the last issue just to fill it out, in the deluxe editions of Hellsing (which is the nicest deluxe, that Red faux leather just looks amazing, and it looks & feels different to the faux leather on Berserk, Blade of the Immortal also the leather looks different) they have over 40 pages at the end with art & doodles to fill it out. But Berserk has the guidebook which has 196 pages, so it’s the perfect length to fill out the book.
They're totally worth it for slapping onto a table alone. Great at waking people up.
