    Since I watched this video, I’m addicted to deep breathing now. Thank you. I’ve tried to remember to deep breathe throughout the day but have failed to remember…but this visual? It keeps me deep breathing all day! Thank you!

    I love it, I have urinary retention and conspitation, doctors don't Focus on pelvic floor, I'm doing reverse kegels and I'm feeling better, altought it Will take a while to be plenty recovered, what fisioterapist excercise shoud I practice? I got My pelvic floor damage because of years of cycling😢 thanks for this information, cheers from Colombia

    Is it possible to start this and then realize your breathing pattern might be off? I feel like mine naturally does the opposite.

      I’m currently in pelvic floor therapy, I was doing the same at the beginning of my training. My therapist said it’s natural because most of us aren’t breathing properly, you just have to keep practicing. If you’re tense, relaxation is the most important and you should naturally be doing the shortening/kegel part. The flower imagery is perfect imo.

    I do the Kegel exercise and I use water enemas/coffee enemas for constipation. I always do daily enemas if I don't have a daily bowel movement.

    So reverse kegel is just breathing or is there something you’re actively doing with the muscle

      this is a great question! While doing a reverse kegel, you will be performing deep diaphragmatic breathing, after the inhalation phase you will hole for a count of 2-5 before exhaling in order to hold the lengthening phase of the breath cycle in order to relax the muscles.     I think you misspoke at 3:01. Exhaling brings it to first floor. you said "ground level". Did I misunderstand? Thanks.

      Ground level is first floor to me

      In some countries like Australia they call it ground floor and then 1st 2nd or 3rd. In north america or at least canada ground floor ks forst

    How long do you need to do reverse kegels? My therapisy said 30 minuts minimum

      Practicing for 30 minutes is ideal. However, I do believe that this is something that you need to fit into your lifestyle and work with the time you have available It is a great practice throughout the day when you feel tension building up in your pelvic floor. It can absolutely be a take on the go practice.🙏

    Hi. I am scared to go to a doctor. I don't trust most of them and their knowledge. I don't want to waste my money. if I do breathing exercises, and if I do nofap, can I be recovered with time naturally? can I recover in 1-2 months?

      Try 10 reverse kegals twice a day.

      @@ajiachu2741 hey! I did it like how it is shown in the video. I imagined a flower(pelvic floor) blooming and expanding when I was doing the reverse kegel. I did it lay flat with my knees bent.

      @@ajiachu2741 there is also another video where the tutor refers to imaginary lift as the pelvic floor. Imagine the lift going down from first floor to the ground(pelvic floor) when it hits the ground, the lift opens, your pelvic floor expands. Hope it helps. Pls don’t over do kegel or reverse kegel. Sometimes we tend to think the pelvic floor is the cause, but unless ur diagnosed by the doctor, you can’t be sure.

    Is it possible that after you do reverse kegels or massage the pelfic floor its gets really warm down there? Like if the limited blood flow suddenly gets this big rush

    Yassssss! I have this condition and sex is so painful even a tampon hurts like a sex toy inside. Sex becomes impaling and an ordeal tasks. Thaaaank you!

    I’m not sure if it’s because im tightening up my pc during masturbation or is it possibly im doing the reverse kegels wrong I masturbate in the shower everyday standing up please give me some advice I do reverse kegels every other day should I chill with the masturbating until my pc loosens up

    When she talks about visualizing your pelvic floor, etc. - if you have no idea what she's talking about you probably have "aphantasia." 97-98% of the population can literally see images in their mind. If you're blind in the mind like me, look up aphantasia :)
