    I found a cure! Well it’s close to curing when it happens… (dont laugh cuz it works!) 1st.) get butt naked get into a tub or shower tub works best water drizzling down. 2nd) position your rear towards the drizzling water - must be hot water, but not burn. 3rd.) Let the hot water drizzle down the rectum . You will eventually feel relief and pain subsides. 😅

    Hello, let me ask you this. I believe most men struggle to know if performing correctly is the issue. So here is my thoughts. Couldn’t a male slightly stretch the penis then perform the motion to stop the urine stream you will fill sensation of the penis pulling in towards the body? You can actually feel tension fo a split second or many seconds depending on muscle strength.

    Hi, so I think I have suspended prolapse and I’m kind of freaking out about it. I’m 3 months postpartum and i have been fine until now I have been getting sharp pains in my vagina so I decided to have a feel around and I felt high lump which absolutely terrified me and I had a look and I see it inside. So I researched it and discovered it could be a prolapse. Could you give me some advise about this? I don’t know which organ has descended down but it just looks like a lump with like a small hole spot in the middle. I don’t know if it’s the uterus? Does it ever go back into place? Any information would be appreciated. Im only 28 and im hoping it’s not going to be something im going to cope with for the rest of my life.

    • @SusanWinogradPT
      @SusanWinogradPT Місяць тому

      this is a great question! While doing a reverse kegel, you will be performing deep diaphragmatic breathing, after the inhalation phase you will hole for a count of 2-5 before exhaling in order to hold the lengthening phase of the breath cycle in order to relax the muscles. Please lmk if this clarifies this breath for you! Happy to make another video on this if you need. Great question!

    Can you give us pelvic floor exercises to refer to? Thank you so much. I just want to cut my entire bottom half of my body off and toss it. I had hysterectomy 2013, fallopian tubes cut 2013, large incisional hernia removed 2016 and recently colon was removed 2024 (it was stuck to every organ in my tummy). I am in agony and extreme pain daily. I cry in silence because no one understands the pain. I have had every pain medication prescribed and OTC and nothing works. I take Epsom bath regularly, rub castor oil, Lidocaine patches. Tens machine, heating pads and bags. I don't even want to mention my side effects o deal with daily. Please help me.

    I’ve had this intermittently for years. It typically wakes me in the middle the night. Occasionally, I get a sense before bed that something is imminent and now I will take some form of pain meds before I go to sleep to ward off the pain that may be coming. I’ve also found that Anusol hemorrhoid suppositories with an anaesthetic will help to som degree once the proctalgia starts. Sitting on the floor in the yoga child pose seems to open up the rectum and helps me too. Last night I had one of the worst episodes I’ve had in decades. I have never told my doctor because I’m sure he will not take it seriously. Does anyone else find once an episode starts that for the first well you are unable to relieve yourself (pee)? I’m definitely going to try the drinking a pint of water method that someone recommends in the comments. I’m an otherwise healthy female in my early sixties.

    Is it odd, that I only get it when I wake up? I get it maybe once every 2 weeks, and it honestly makes me stressed to even sleep (which I assume just makes this worse) it starts in my sleep, and always wakes me up immediately. Not "a few minutes" though, we're talking from 40 minutes to 2 hours of me just pacing trying to get it to go away or having to get in a warm bath. It's very annoying to have to wake up at 3 AM, and do that. Drowsy, and incredibly painful.

    im self diagnosed...had all the checks done..dictors didn'tknow...biggest clue was pain after ejaculations....the exact same muscles that contract would be sore for a few minutes afterwards....feel like there is a golfball up my bum....and finally realising that i constantly have those mucles contracted due to chronic stress....as soon as i remind myself...im subconsciously contracting them amd i relax them.but it deels unnatural as i have lived like this for so long...and i have fat fingers!

    Looking foward to the series. Been dealing with back/hip pain for 3 years and 7 doctors and PTs later and no one can figure out what is going on. My body is no longer metabolizing B12 correctly and I have traces of blood in urine. Standard tests done and kidneys and bladder are fine. Fibroid is stable and not the likely the culprit due to its small size, so I'm told. My naturalpath suspects maybe endo but GYN flat out says not endo and trying to find one that will just try and dig deeper is frustrating. Looking forward to your insight!

    Thank you for this series. I was diagnosed with endo and needed surgery this year. I appreciate you shedding light and bringing awareness to this debilitating condition.

    Stress and constipation is what triggers this in my case and it is the worst pain I’ve ever felt. Never get this at night like others do it’s always while I’m working and everyone is watching me almost pass out wandering what is going on with me

      I've had it happen both in the middle of the nite and during the day both. I have to pace back and forth in almost tears of pain. This might be all in my head but I almost feel like it happens 70% of the time after my gf and I have sex. Maybe its coincidence maybe its not I dunno.

    Is it possible that after you do reverse kegels or massage the pelfic floor its gets really warm down there? Like if the limited blood flow suddenly gets this big rush

    How long do you need to do reverse kegels? My therapisy said 30 minuts minimum

    • @SusanWinogradPT
      @SusanWinogradPT 3 місяці тому

      Practicing for 30 minutes is ideal. However, I do believe that this is something that you need to fit into your lifestyle and work with the time you have available It is a great practice throughout the day when you feel tension building up in your pelvic floor. It can absolutely be a take on the go practice.🙏
