7:02 Fromthe Fate wiki on. The Norse God Odin, having foreseen the plans of both Goetia and the Alien God, used Cú Chulainn as a proxy to help him save the Human Order. Cú Chulainn was initially summoned to the Fuyuki Singularity as Lancer, but Odin granted him his Authority, transforming him into Caster and giving him some of Odin's abilities. So we hace seen more of him than some realise
@@AloyImpact We cannot summon a Beast. The Beasts summon themselves. Independent Manifestation allows them to self-summon wherever they want, whenever they want. Heck, the "Saint Graph" is originally the biological structure of a Beast. Servants just copy it.
The Artoria voiceline is not official, before Umino Chika designed Oberon, Nasu was going to make Castoria become Grand Saber, but after reading about Oberon he changed his mind and changed the story. That is why when Alien God has that dream about her fighting the Grand Servants, Castoria appears as the Grand Saber
@@mr.skeptic got a theory for you Grand Saber is General Artogius the Roman ancestors of the Pendragon name and likely the one who kill the white Titan in extella
@@tonyinfinite5174 I don't know where this theory is from but Sephyr was defeated by Excalibur before Gilgamesh was even born so he's probably not the one who defeated Sephyr 😅.
@@CalebPorter1105 my brother in christ the counter force summoned heroic spirits from the future/past to face Sefar the white Titan, Gilgamesh himself stated his own FATHER fought Sefar in that war despite it happening in14000 BC
@@tonyinfinite5174 My brother in Christ, this is a classic case of you made it the fuck up. Nowhere does it say Servants fought Sefar. It says "a human" wielded Excalibur. Servant's are not human. They WERE human but Servant's are Spirits. Specifically, Ghost Liner is their official title. Also, Lugalbanda never fought Sefar. Literally the only info we have is "he made a deal with the White Titan to spare Mesopotamia and their Gods so that Gilgamesh can be born." The point was to NOT FIGHT Sefar lol. However, the Mesopotamian Gods still somehow get downgraded to Divine Spirits even though they never fought. It also never tells us when this deal was made. IRL myth says Lugalbanda ruled for 1200 years around the time of 3000 BC. It's possible Fateverse Lugalbanda was simply alive all the way back in 12000 BC but that's unlikely. Also, how could Sefar spare Mesopotamia if it didn't exist in 12000 BC? You see how the inconsistencies never end? I could go on but I think you get the point. Oh yeah, that's another thing you got wrong. It's 14000 years ago which is 12000 BC. Not 14000 BC. This became longer than I wanted but tl;dr You're wrong.
Something of note, Grand Servants aren't set in stone until they relinquish their position/disappear. They are granted the status in a particular summoning to counter a particular Beast. Noah became Grand Rider right at that precise singularity to fight Draco. Same with Orion to fight Koyanskaya. If they are needed again, they'll become a Grand again. If they need another candidate for a particular beast, another candidate will take the Grand position of a class we already know about.
@@nightcorewb4949 Yep, even getting back into Grand Assassin to fight Sodom in Arcade. But we have a substitute for him now so he doesn't need to appear all times, it seems.
Remember, the Extra storyline had a hero use Excalibur to defeat/repel Velber like 14k years ago after it almost wiped out humanity. That sounds like grand servant levels of power to me
Not just the Extra timeline, but all of proper human history's parallel worlds share that part of history. Since Castoria Asc3 is the concept of the wielder of the holy sword, she technically also includes that original wielder of Ecalibur. So if Castoria ever becomes saber class, there you have it.
My man Kojiro needs some love. At least a four star or five star variation of the real Kojiro from an alternate timeline or something as a Foreigner considering Fate's stance is that he wasn't real :C
One of the better Grand Berserker theories I found was the idea of summoning "The Caveman." Humanity's platonic ancestor that through brute force managed to survive and thrive in the age of the gods.
It’s important to note that Grands aren’t chosen because they’re the most powerful in their class. They’re chosen because their NPs and skill sets are the ideal counter to one or more of the current Beasts. The only reason Orion was in the Atlantis Lostbelt is because he was tracking Koyanskaya, and Romulus wasn’t summoned by the Counterforce, he was forcibly summoned by Ritsuka to fight Zeus. Romulus wasn’t supposed to be there. If I recall, it’s been stated either in interviews or in canon media that Artoria is the most powerful Saber, or at least top 5. She could certainly end up being the Grand Saber, but her power alone doesn’t qualify her for the title. What’s important is the nature of her power and how it matches up against the current threats to proper human history. Cu Chuilan has an NP that’s supposed to be guaranteed to hit target’s heart, which for any normal foe would be instant death, but that doesn’t work so well against the cataclysmic Beasts. Gilgamesh and Heracles would likely be the strongest Archers, yet Orion was chosen because of his prowess for tracking and hunting beasts, and Koyanskaya represents nature’s wrath as a demon fox.
Yea, some people have already said that to me. I think I was under the wrong assumption because these Grands are strong af. thanks for telling me that tho
@@mr.skeptic don’t get me wrong, the Grands are definitely strong. It’s just that their total power or strength isn’t the primary criteria for the title of Grand. For example, Noah isn’t the strongest Rider (Drake and Odysseus are both leagues above him in terms of overall power and strength). However, Noah’s noble phantasm, the literal Noah’s Flood, happens to be an excellent counter to Draco’s flames and mud, so he was selected as Grand Rider in order to fight her. Solomon was Grand Caster before losing that title after being summoned by Animusphere for a grail war. However, he was never the strongest caster, and didn’t even have any magic outside of Ars Nova and his control over Goetia. Merlin would likely be the strongest Caster, but he also can’t currently inherit the title because he was summoned by Chaldea (not that he can’t be Grand in the future, just that he isn’t right now, nor does he want to be since he prefers to take a passive role in human affairs). As far as we know, there is no current Grand Caster, though if there is, it would likely be either Tamamo-no-Mae or Caster Gilgamesh, with the former being a lunar princess with deep connections to deity, and the latter being rumored to hold the Axe of Marduk, a weapon capable of cleaving the head off a god. Neither are the strongest Caster, but have aspects, abilities, or weapons that would have a favorable matchup against the Beasts or other threats to humanity. Romulus isn’t the strongest Lancer either. Yes he has the soul of a god in him, but Quirinius is a lesser god in Roman mythology, and Romulus’s power isn’t based on his strength, but rather his namesake as the founder of the Rome, the last great empire of the ancient era and the foundation for politics and culture for many modern nations. In terms of strength or power, Cu Chuillan, Enkidu, and many others would stand above him, but as the embodiment of human civilization, Romulus can bolster humanity and effectively drive it to success, or provide a foundation for humanity to endure, hence why his NP is literally him building the foundation of humanity. This aspect could be highly effective against something like the alien god U-Olga, who was trying to erase humanity’s foundations. Gramps is currently the only known Grand who’s actually the strongest of his class, and he’s also the only Grand summoned by Chaldea that hasn’t had to relinquish the title to be summoned. The reason is because there’s simply no other Assassin who could take his place. The very essence of the class is defined by death, and Gramps is literally death itself, the grim reaper. He can impose death upon anything, even a primordial god with no concept of death, which gives him a favorable matchup against not only Tiamat, but most Beasts. There’s simply no other assassin that would come close to having those odds against the Beasts, so he retains the title. There’s a lot of nuance with the Grands that centered around the nature of the Beasts, gods, and potentially even the Types, most of whom we know little to nothing about as is. The Counterforce is what selects Grand Servants, and we still don’t fully understand what it even is yet, much less how it works.
@@danielpatterson1576I don't know about Drake and Odysseus, the Flood and the Ark are really big deals, and apparently Noah also wields the Sword of Flames from Archangel Michael. A better example would be Ozy, who is incomparable to any other Rider class Servant that isn't straight up a God.
@@Founder_of_Morgans_Fanclub as I said, the title of grand isn’t given solely based on strength. And I’ve never heard of Noah having Michael’s sword, and the “sword of flames” would be a reference to the Angel that guards Eden, which isn’t Michael anyway.
@@danielpatterson1576 He has the sword on his third ascencion, the writings in hebrew read "The Sword of Swirling Flames". The design is also pretty reminiscent of Ea tbh.
Judging by the initial plan for lb6, it seems that Artoria Avalon (not Castoria but Avalon itself) is the grand saber and her sprite is even used as a shadow stand in for the 7 grands in lb7. The same also happened to Taigong but his change happened way before the lb6 change, they also still uses his sprite instead of Nemo in the lb7 grand servants line up.
Maybe the Excalibur wielder that beat Sefar? My fav headcannon theory was always that it was Counter Force Emiya that wield Excalibur using projection.
@@Hansen_0101 That wouldn't work. It would have to be someone wielding the real Excalibur. First, because it was literally forged for that. And second, because Emiya's Excalibur image isn't really a projection of Excalibur. Excalibur was made by beings far beyond Emiya, so the best he can do is try and mimic the design using the knowledge he has (from having Avalon in him, from being Artoria's master, etc.) to make a, quote, "Very convincing replica". But that's all it is, a sword that looks similar, and explodes similar, but not truly a projection of Excalibur.
I hope Grand Saber is male Musashi. The bait and switch is going to be epic. Like, "Musashi is coming back??" And then not quite, but we get someone new and even better
@@dreamimgflowerd976 Well in LB6 they specified that Velber was felled by holy weapons, emphasis on plural, and explicitly states that Excalibur is only one of them. They can always pull something out of their ass and give Musashi Kusanagi or something
It was Central Asia that Fergus cracked up when he broke the underworld of Agartha, not North America. Another theory about the Grand Saber I have seen floating around is that it is the original wielder of the sword that would be known als Excalibur. The one who face Sefar the White Titan and did what the gods could not do and put that form of her to an end. Some people in the fandom call that first wielder of the Holy Sword forged in the Heart of the planet by the 6 Fey "cavemen Artoria", because, well this was 14000 years ago and in the visuals Fate7Extella gave us distant shots of what looked like Arotia were used. As LB 6 did directly confirm: Odin did already get involved through CuChulainn Caster / Grímr the Sage.
Honestly this might sound weird but Fionn could qualify as a grand saber, sure we summon him as a lancer but most of his tales depict him with the sword of the war god Nuadha
@@brian_Austin27 I mean a lot of servants that were used as a joke ended up being grand servants, like Orion was just a pervert before then Boom, Super Orion, then Romulus was just funny Roma man then boom even funnier Roma man, I wouldn’t be surprised if they made him grand saber for the sole reason that he is taken so not seriously nobody would expect it
It could happen but it'd prolly be better if they just actually put time into him instead of just shoving him in random places. In terms of actual Grand Saber, it should only be Artoria or Musashi. The wielder of the most famous sword in fiction vs the greatest swordsman in history.
So sad if Arthur (Proto) are not Grand Saber... Until now he still searching Beast 666 because Merlin (Proto) told him to find it before back to Avalon.
Grand saber is probably Musashi-chan. And I do have a theory that Son Wukong might be one or two grand servants. Maybe Lancer or Ruler. He is a Bodhisattva after all.
He's a Buddha as well, so that puts him in the Saver class... Which kicks him out of the Throne of Heroes. He might be Grand Lancer or Berserker if they BS a way of him dropping his enlightment, but Ruler doesn't have a Grand Container, only the standard classes and the cheater that made an entire Throne of Heroes just for him.
I don't think you'd be a Bazerker. And I hate to break this you, but that is what a Bodhisattva means. You've achieved enlightenment and became a buddha. I just remember the discourse that Grand Bazerker was him. They all were very much wrong.
@@Kingjder02 no, Boditshava is that you're on the path to become a Buddha, not that you are already one. In any case, indepently of him qualifying for Grand Berserker or not, he's still stuck in Saver until they throw him out of there like they did with Xuanzang.
- Sun Wukong is weak af. - He is just big mouth and chaotic. But once he gets into a bad match, he runs just as fast as he appears. The time he calls himself "Monkey King" is just him bullying weak monsters. - During the journey, most of the time is him asking someone for help.
3:06 I’m not sure if this was a leaked idea or all in my head but I recall hearing that grand saber could be the original weirder of Excalibur who during the age of gods was given Excalibur to vanquish velber.
My personal pic for Grand Saber would be Sir William Marshal. If Artoria is the Knight that every squire wants to be. Marshal is the Knight that did it and in some cases, surpassed it. Plus it’s nice to have knight servants from history rather than legends appear in the universe.
Excalibur is the most famous sword in all of fiction though. And Musashi is the greatest swordsman in history. Being a knight is not exclusive to swordsmanship. It has to at least be relevant to the class. And those two I just mentioned are the pinnacle of it.
Yeah, like the dude above me said, Excalibur is both too famous, both in real life and in Fate, and too important in Fate's history to be pushed aside for any other knight, and Musashi is too skilled. Those 2 are definitely the top picks, with maybe Arthur Proto potentially being one, though of course I doubt it, since he's not from this universe.
@martinramirez1856 I stand by berserker because he killed his brother out of jealousy. He was punished for his lack of self-control and humility, resorting to violence. I think that could be translated to a form of madness.
Berserker wasn't he's weakest class, he could be summoned in any class except Caster (Saber, Archer, Lancer, Rider, Assassin and Berserker), Archer should be he's best class so in comparison Berserker is weak, but none is said about others
@@valeforyoru There is some evidence to suggest that the Einzbern's made a huge mistake when summoning Heracles. They believed that Madness Enhancement would make him 'better' but for him in particular that's just not the case. Heracles is at his strongest when his mind is intact as his Madness was a result of Hera's curse. Yet even with a divine handicap sealing most of his intelligence and forcing him to rely on instinct, Heracles was strong enough to solo most of the other servants in the fifth holy grail war anyway.
@@valeforyoruBerserker is his weakest class because one of Heracles Primary weapon that let him successfully finish the 12 Labors is his sharp mind which gets eroded as a Berserker.
@@valeforyoru It was most definitely his weakest class, brother. He couldn't use his Noble Phantasm, Nine Lives. He lost his skills as a warrior. For some reason Madness Enhancement also took away his Valor Skill, which is essentially the Skill that most represents what he is most known for, his amazing strength. He doesn't even have his famed club, which you'd think the Berserker class would be perfect for, but nope, he just doesn't have it. Berserker is a terrible Class for Heracles. The only reason he still looked strong was because half the Servants that could wreck his shit were nerfed.
Maybe a candidate for Grand Saber could be even Fion? Saw today a clip, how dirty fgo has handled him. From his legends is he on the same level as Artoria and other great servants. Had a lot of magical objects and had even a sword (Mac an Luin, its fused in the game with its spear, but was originaly a sword). He could fullfill the role of a grand servant. ANd, it would be a chance, to give him some credits, that he deserve.^^
can we just realise we all expect grand servants to stop at the original 7 classes when there could very well be one for each of the others? grand foreigner, grand Ruler, grand Avenger ect
I can see Artoria being a grand if all the seals are unlocked but that's a big IF that Artoria will be Lion King type of entity and i can't picture the mountain of shit that must happen for all 13 seals to be unlocked also the hell are we going to fight with that...
I apologize for the writing since I use Google translate. Regarding the Grand, although Hassan was summoned to kill Tiamat, in theory the Grand are not only summoned to kill the beasts, but it even becomes more complex, the Grand only appear when a threat is going to completely exterminate the beast. humanity but that can also apply to some singularity, a specific enemy or even a servant where the counterforce will make the invocation for a Grand. So for Artoria or Arthur to be Grand, a necessary threat would have to appear that deserves their invocation as Grand since also depending on the threat, a hero would be chosen above the rest. For example, if in the hypothetical case the white titan comes out, the best option to fight it would be Arturia for the Excalibur lot itself, oh if the beast 6 comes out, the best knowledge to defeat it would be Arthur, but what happens if by chance Is the threat Rome? The best option to counter this threat would be Altera due to its history. I hope you understand with this example since a Grand will not necessarily come out because there is a beast lurking there since depending on the beast a Grand will be summoned or not since no Grand came out to stop Tamo Beast or the putx de Babylon (I really don't know about Nero) but the Grand Archer was needed to defeat Artemis since she wasn't a Beast Now regarding the subject of Arturia, the Saber version needs to come out for a while since being the face, giving it a rather curious interlude and they even confirmed that its Ávalon version will come out (I'm not referring to Casturia) it still doesn't have a real participation in the history, it has only appeared in a couple of events like summer 1 and the last guda guda but after that nothing, only mentions and I find that strange. Supposedly it should have left for Ávalon le Fay but they gave us those strange things like Oberon and Arturia didn't even come out, since due to history itself it must have been in that lostbelt with the departure of Vortingern. Regarding Musashi, I find it difficult since within Fate the greatest feat that Musashi has had was with Chaos, which did not need a Grand for that lostbelt, the only reason Romulus came out was only because of hacking but in itself no Grand came out as an untouchable royal servant.
@@mr.skeptic Another fact that I forgot to mention and I think it is confirmed is that the Grand cannot be divine spirits so both Gilgamesh, Karna and other characters like that could not be a grand. And with Gilgamesh caster? The only thing that is specified about Gil is that to be a grand caster he must have lv ex clairvoyance like Merlin and Gilgamesh are, that is why Merlin is a candidate but he is not a Grand Servant, in the same way that there are candidates to be a beast, Another way would be by hacking the counterforce itself as happened with Quirinus or the Grand Foreigner himself with ORT, a class that is impossible to invoke as a grand since the extra classes are creations of the magicians and not the counterforce, so think about it that way. If a Grand ruler comes out in the future it would be a false Grand because that class cannot be a grand, yes it would be a Grand but not by the counterforce and again I apologize for the writing since English is not my native language
but the drama cd has nothing to do with fgo, it is a fact that Artoria Saber has not had a real participation in the game for all this time that the story has already advanced a lot. And regarding Oberon he is still Vortingern deep down (no matter how bad he turned out) or rather, it would be the same as what happens with Ishtar who uses a vessel to manifest herself.@@Get-me-out-of-Gacha-hell
@@Get-me-out-of-Gacha-hellWhether it is "canon" remains indifferent to the little relevance that Arturia Saber has had within the history of the game. What's more, if participation is zero if you compare it with the rest of the characters, the fact that it has endless lore outside of the fgo is indifferent to the little appearance it has had within it and to make matters worse it has even been announced on the main poster of the Lostbelt and has barely had a mention. It's like you telling me "you forget everything that Arturia went through in stay night" it's stupid since one thing doesn't take away the other Regarding Oberon Vortingern, then, unless otherwise stated, this will continue to be Vortingern And regarding "canon" in Fate you have to take it with a grain of salt since there are things that should be considered canon as such and others that should not.
@@Get-me-out-of-Gacha-hellThat it is still does not prove that Artoria Saber is the only one who has not even had a real participation in the game other than in two random events
The whole thing of kasumi voicing grand saber is left over from the original script of LB6, before Oberon was made and the whole story is rewritten. Found/Cath Palug was originally gonna be following Castoria around as well and there's even a random dialogue line left in that leads or comes from nowhere about Cath Palug awkwardly left in. I personally hope it's an entirely new servant away from everyone and everything previously cuz I'm tired of recycling characters. We have an artoria in every class except alter ego pretender and avenger, and I kinda hope it stays that way cuz we have too many of her. The only Sakura faces I'm willing to put up with is Violet and Kazudrop to finally finish the Sakura 5.
There’s a theory that the grand saber is the person that wielded the original holy sword and cut the white titan in the beginning of the world honestly I can’t think of a perfect grand saber than him with Arthur being a close second
For anyone wandering why the BEAST's that we seen so far are female is because they are most closely related to emotions. We have Kiara who's closely related to Lust, Kama related to Love, Beast Nero for the 7 deadly sins, you get the point. For why the Grand category is dominated by Men, it's because of their absurd feats bordering inhumane. Orion hunting almost every Animals/monsters on Earth,King Hassan being the progenitor of the Word Assassin(that's why you can most likely get a Hassan if you don't use a proper catalyst, the word itself is a catalyst) Solomon being a person who can see past, present and future while Merlin can see the Present and Gilgamesh can see the Future, Grand Rider is Noah because of the Ark, etc.
Grand Berserker Sun Wukong would be peak And if the Grand Assassin is the founder of the Order of Assassins, it would make sense for the Grand Saber to be the founder of the One-Sword school, Itō Ittosai, even if he's not as famous as Musashi and Kojiro, nor is his sword as legendary as Arthur's. Also Grand Lancer Philip II of Macedon, Iskandar's father who revolutionized the Macedonian phalanx with their really long spears, would be amazing.
It has been hinted through the years that Saber Raikou is a major powerhouse, with both kintoki and raikou herself comenting on it and being confused of why she came as a berserker. Maybe the counterforce is waiting for something special to send her off
While "Grand Servant candidates" are powerful Heroic Spirits, it is not who they are that makes them Grand, it's how they were summoned. The original 7 Grand Servants were Counter Guardians summoned by Alaya's Counter Force in reponse to a specific threat. Counter Guardians are given as much power as they need to defeat the threat they were summoned for, and the reason the Grands are so strong is because the threat is on a grand level. Ironically, the threat they were summoned to defeat, the Beasts, are also part of Alaya's Counter Force. Basically, they are the way in which the Counter Force keeps itself in check, kinda weird. Alaya is one half of the will of the planet, or the "World." Alaya is the will of humanity, the planet's dominant species. The other half is coined as "Gaia" by mages, and is the will of planet's self-preservation.
Me and a friend developed a theory a while ago on the criteria that the Grand servants have to fulfill, and ever since we did and the new grands since then have been revealed, we are both more and more convinced by it. Basically, we believe that every grand servant has some way of having access to divine power, while circumventing the system that usually nerfs divine spirits in Fate. For example: First Hassan made a pact with the angel of death Azrael, thus having access to the divine power of the angel without himself being a divine spirit. Noah and Solomon were both ordinary men who were blessed by God, receiving his power and protection. Orion having a relationship with the god Artemis, receiving her blessing. Romulus-Quirinus is a bit weird, but he is a combination with one of the highest ranking roman deities, but the prominent part of him is his human self. He epitomizes the possibilities of humanity and is more like if humanity itself was a deity, which I believe would circumvent how traditional divine spirits become nerfed in the FGO universe. With this said, my personal theory for a very long time has been that the grand saber is going to be Artoria. But specifically, a version of Artoria where Excalibur does not have any of the seals which holds back its true power, like with normal Artoria. This would be an Artoria wielding the full power of Excalibur unhindered. I also think that the grand berserker will be Genghis Khan, and that they will lean quite heavily into Tengrism (his religion) and the Blue Mighty Eternal Heaven. Genghis Khan had supposedly shown that his spiritual power was greater than others and was seen as "a connector between heaven".
here's some more information about the Grand Servants. 1. Grand Saber are not revealed YET until now but in Olga Marie Dreams, we fight Artoria Avalon as the Grand Saber class. 2. 3 Grand Servant sacrifices their Grand title just to defeat the massive enemy they fight (Hassan vs Tiamat, Super Human Orion shot down Machine God Artemis, Romulus=Quirinius sacrifices himeself with musashi to help her slash the Voids). 3. The grand berserker suppose to be Tezcatlipoca, but he take the seat of Assassin instead the Berserker one. 4. Gilgamesh suppose to be the Grand Archer, but he was half god half human and the requirement to become A Grand Servant is MUST a pure human so Gilgamesh can't be a Grand Servant (he defeat tiamat afterall). 5. there are rumors says that after the Ordeal Call series are full complete, we will fight a strong Beast Class and then, the Grand Saber will show to counter the beast, many says that the grand saber will be Arthur Proto because he was the one chasing Beast 5/7 if i'm not wrong. 6. every beast represented 7 deadly sins. thanks me later
A awesome theory I saw on Reddit is the First ever holy Grail war was just the Grand servants. It sounds like a cool I just wish I came find the person who made it to give credit too.
@@mathieu9236 That's not true. They invited four external guys to "see" the success of the ritual, but would never get the prize. They had the Calvary classes. All 7 Servants are needed, it wouldn't make sense to have only 3. On the other hand, King Hassan would refuse to participate in a Holy Grail War, period.
From what we learn from Tai gong it seems like there are candidates for grand servants and one of those candidates can be summoned as the grand servant to serve a specified purpose and renouncing that title means renouncing you fight for that purpose. some classes only have 1 definitive answer like assassins hassan and even though others can fill the role they know that this person is the truest grand but tai gong revealed hes considered a candidate for both grand rider and grand caster meaning most likely how a grand servant is decided is by their summoning. like we know that their is a new grand assassin that is going to be in the next lostbelt they hinted that in LB 4 meaning the seat of grand berserker is most likely open and its most likely that a grand servant is decided by their summoning rather than they are the best servant. 1. Grand Lancer was a special case because romulus Quirinus didnt renounce. the counterforce focused most of its forces into the 5th lostbelt and they figured out a way to summon a grand servant and romulus is a result of that special summoning the wish to beat zeus and a representation of the future and paves the way towards that future a god of rome. Romulus Quirinus is special for a grand servant because of the way he was summoned. he wasnt summoned by normal means like orion or hassan. Orion does renounce his grand status but thats because he has to in order for his conditions to be met to defeat LB artemis. 2. with who ever is the new grand archer i feel they wont step on super orions toes because using someone with a similar backstory will do that and im not sure people want that. I think it could either be artemis or skaoi(skadi) caster skadi is a bit special because she is a fusion of 2 characters but real skadi is an archer and a good one at that and artemis being the lover of orion would make sense to take his place as the grand archer. the reason she is only a normal archer as orion is because she put her origin into orions saint graph making herself a normal archer. I mean they could do grand archer gilgamesh which would be interesting the guy who is known as the hero king being the grand servant does make some sense. 3. Im hoping grand saber is main timeline musashi miyamoto because since i started during year 5 they have never really done a story with original saber. it feels like she is off limits for some reason. they could also do william marshal who actually considered the european equivilant to musashi and he also was part of the magna cartas creation. 4. Grand Berserker not sure who it could be. honestly i feel so many people could become this servant. I feel berserker is the class that is the most tricky because the definition of berserker has evolved from completely insane to more like insanely stubborn like spartacus or summer sei. Honestly gilgamesh could fit the berserker title with his younger self being very stubborn and cocky and vicious I think having gilgamesh show his more cruel side as grand berserker would be interesting.
Finally, I’ve been thinking about Hou Yi as grand archer for years and I now have a second opinion on it.I would’ve said Sun Wukong (Havoc in Heaven version) as grand berserker candidate tho
Grand Servants are not the strongest of the class despite some of them actually the strongest but are like the most fit for the Grand Class as the wisest, most capable and are only summoned when beasts of humanity are involved or humanity as a whole is in danger of extinction.
For Grand Archer I always thought that the Grand Archer would be the original Robin Hood as the one that we do in fate already have is not the original Robin Hood but is merely one of the many of the Robin Hood that took the name Robin Hood. This would be like King Hassan being the first of the Hassan so, I thought it would make sense for the next Grand Archer to be the first Robin Hood. But I also like Hou Yi as I would like to see if they use the whole shooting down nine suns part of his myth as his noble phantasm.
God class Spirit can't get the Grand title, it was clearly mentioned that Romulus was the only exception, so Odin being the Grand Lancer is definitely not true.
I believe saber, I mean Altoria or rather the real Altoria to be the grand saber, the reason why I say real altoria is because Altoria the saber summon in fate zero and stay night is not a true servant, for she had made a contract with the world in order to obtain the holy grail and reset Britain’s down fall and create a new kingdom that would not fall, thus the grand saber is the future saber altoria in which she was able to obtain the greater grail and have her wish granted, because of that wish it allowed the age of mystic to continue longer making sure the mystery of magic was still alive and even be able to allow humanity to continue forward since the age of gods ended the magic in the world continues to stagnate, thus Altoria , the one in a different timeline in which she obtains the holy grail will be the one true grand class saber because her feat as the lion king, the ruler of Britain stilled continued to fight for Britain even after its downfall, if you don’t believe me than look at lord el melodies case files, Morgan many years after altoria death created a device that would be ready once altoria is resurrected that is why gray looks just like Altoria because the time will soon be ready when the king with there holy light and the miracle that she holds in her hands will be able to unleash her mighty blade against Sefar !! The white titans, that had devastated the world in its rampage. Other than that, the world in the future like last encore had the world become stagnant because the magic was depleted.
EEh. ok first of all the GRand BErserker Was Tezcatlipoca, is Daybit Servant and they said that he IS Grand Berserker, the thing is that he owns one to Gramps, so Gramps said you will be the new Grand Assassin, so there, he can be both Grand Assassin and Grand Berserker. Then to be a Grand Caster the Servant must Have a powerful clayrvorance, thats why Solomon, was, he could see the futere and the past, Merlin is a candidate because he can see all presents, and Gilgamesh can be too because he can see the future, Tai Gong too, and it seems he can be a Grand Rider Too. The Oficial Grand Rider si Noah, but as I said , it Seems that Tai Gong can be one too. GRand ARcher we have Orion, but I heard that the condition to be in this class is to can reach anything with a shot, Anyway Alcides is a corrupted version of Heracles, he denies his diviniti and only want his human power, and he is a Archer/Avenger. so I'm not sure He can be, but Heracles in Archer Class, he can be. And who knows maeby he is a candidate to all Grand Class except Caster, afeter all he can be summoned in thos 6 classes Grand Lancer, you said Odin, but I don't think so, Gods usually can't be summoned, in this game is for the plot, and even in the case of pseud-servants, so I don't think a new candidate is a God, but maeby Achilles or some leyend that I don't know. Grand Assassin is Gramps an Tezcatlipoca now (here and in Grand BErserker we ahve a God, but I don't know why, any way in fate Mesoamerican gods are special) Grand Saber, I would like Male Musashi, it would e Great, but surely will be the first user of Excalibur, the one who defeated Sephar 12000 years ago.
Yi Sun-Sin is, alongside Noah, one of the potential candidates for Grand Rider. The big one however that has been brought up repeatedly who can possibly be a candidate for several Grand positions, would be Sun-Tzu. But is likely Grand Saber.
Grand Saber: Perhaps the original wielder of Excalibur before Artoria, possibly Adam or someone just as ancient Grand Lancer: I'll go with Odin because I can't think of anyone Grand Archer: Heracles Grand Berserker: Cú Chulainn because it's said he went insane in his legend and something I forgot
I'll go with two wild theories. Considering that the most known sabers are Diarmuid and Cú Chullain, both from irish/celt mithology, I do believe rhat the grand lancer would stem from that place. Maybe Lugh, Cú Chullain's father himself, the light of summer bright, who when tearing Balor's eye created the sun. Then we go to the grand saber... There's one who would fit the bill to be a protector of the world, the people and the meek, said to be quite skilled with a sword. Charlemagne. And we could give him a silly girly aspect as Artoria.
I made a Toys servent class. A character I made she, not only she got her toys ability, she got her alien abilities, her basic super powers which is stuffs. The girl got at least almost ten nobel phantasms from the very moment she was summoned, after a little time she grew into having at least fifteen different nobel phantasms. Let me say the gears on her got some abilities of their own, her nobel phantasms summon alarming, that's just without her Toys servent class abilities.
In my opinion, the coolest candidate for grand saber would be Heroic Spirit Shirou Emiya or Shiki Ryougi. The essence of Shirou's story is a boy with a dream to help others, basically the essence of a hero. Also Shirou's reality marble would be a perfect thematic counter to the beast: the stories of humanity vs the end of the story. While Shirou was the first protagonist of the fate series, Shiki Ryougi was the first protagonist of TYPE-MOON and I think that title holds weight. She also has a qualification that Shirou doesn't like how she has a named blade of her own: Kanesada Kuji. While I do think its probably Artoria or Arthur due to their marketability, I think it would be best to end this where it started.
If all of Grand Order’s stories were to be animated one day, it would be imo the best anime of all time (or at least big enough to rival Star Wars). Some of the stories might not be that great but the action scenes and animation and characters will imo more than make up for it.
Never mind the anime, the manga is way too good and I prefer the manga over VN (game). the plot is more pronounced because of their expressions, Fujimaru's involvement is also deeper, and he can also fight in his own way.
Can't just be rushed out like they rushed out the Solomon & Camelot movies though. Fate is well known for its incredible animation, which takes time, effort and a lot of money. Are they really going to waste all that on some C-tier storytelling such as the France singularity?
My wet dream for Grand Servants. 1. Proto Arthur (Brittain) as Grand Saber he wield excalibur without limitation, have access to all of his other treasury, able to summon KotRT at will. 2. Orion (Greece) as Grand Archer 3. Scáthach (Irish) as Grand Lancer 4. Noah (Israeli) as Grand Rider 5. Abe no Seimei (Japan) as Grand Caster 6. First Hassan (Arabic) as Grand Assassin 7. Sun Wukong (Chinese) as Grand Berserker. I mean, who doesnt know about the Monkey King. He is madness himself. If you know about his story, just understand that his name himself mean, Insanity, Crazy, and Madness combined.
What about the original Excalibur user that used the blade to beat the white titan? Would br interesting if we have an event going back to the gods vs the white titan war, and see the event where Excalibur was fully unsealed.
for grand saber, well Excalibur is sword of planet, there also the original wielder of Excalibur too, and saber face has very strong connection toward the creation of Excalibur even if it was the story of fairy version, so no matter how sick we see saber face, it is hard coded in lore. in sense Artoria weild excalibur not because she was arthur but because she was saber face she wield excalibur, it was like short cut cheat code at this point that saber-face = Sword. at this point it was a skill like Saber-face Ex or something.
Grand Servants cannot be Divine Spirits, including demi-gods, cuz Alaya is the collective consciousness of humanity and its Counter Force will only call upon and empower humans. Romulus, who is the demi-god son of Ares, is one of the few exceptions because he lived as a human and is integral to Human History, as the founder of one of humanity's greatest civilizations. Also, Artoria was once summoned and empowered way beyond that of a Grand. She was the Counter Guardian summoned by the Counter Force to defeat the White Titan, an entity that had killed all of the world's gods. In in sense, a "Super Grand Servant" Artoria already existed. It also shows that Alaya is capable of summoning Heroic Spirits from the future.
«Grand Servants cannot be Divine Spirits, including demi-gods» . orion a demigod and romulus nad grand assasin from lostbelt 7 a god/divine spirit in his grand form and gilgamesh is a candidate for grand caster
My theory about the grand saber is that we already got it, or rather we got what was supposed to be the grand saber but was changed during the production - Castoria. Not only she IS the excalibur itself, uses marmyadose, the sword of hercakles that is stronger than excalibur but also in olga dream in lb7 her sprite is used as a replacement for the grand saber iirc arthur was confirmed to not be a grand in fgo arcade, although of corse it doesn't mean he can't become one in the future strange fake alcides went into a completely different direction, he would probably rather end up being a beast instead of a grand, alhtough since there is only one novel left we will probably quite quickly know how his strange fake story ends as for grand lancer... not only odin is a god, we had raganarok "covered" by lb2 but also we have grimr if I had to guess I would say that longinus (he appears already in fate/requiem) is not a bad candidate (although the existence of percival in the game makes it a bit less likely) as for zerker - samson (already in samurai remnant) enkidu (stronger than gil) and true version of zerker cu all seem like good options
Technically Tez is still a Grand Zerk, but since there are no other servants qualified to be a Grand Assassin he just got dragged into the role since he is most closely related to the aspects of King Hassan.
I thought Grand Saber was originally meant to be Castoria, hence why they can seen as a saber in one boss (Cernnous, I think). I might explain the data mine.
Galahad the original version he can definitely have a double class unique to him that nullifies class advantage while being saber. He is after all a KOTRT and the only knight to win a grail and helping mash along the way
A good thing to note is that most Grand Servants are all simply candidates. Alaya chooses which candidate is best for defeating a certain type of Beast since they also aren't predetermined. The only Grand Servants that are locked because of their overwhelming power and accolades compared to the rest is King Hassan and Solomon. Obviously this is also impermanent because you can give up your Grand Status.
Grand Lancer could be even: Guan Yu. a great general from chionas 3 kingdom. WHo was famous with his polearm, as i know. Or maybe Zhao Yu. A other general, who is very often showed with a spear.
Correct me if I’m wrong but in the Fight where we’re U-Olga we fought against caster Artoria but we already have grand caster but her sword was Marmyadose, which was the sword of Heracles so as a head canon I kinda thought Grand Saber Heracles. Again correct me but Heracles in fate lore fought the titans and other monsters the gods feared using Marmyadose
The problem with Odin becoming the new Grand Lancer is that deities cannot become Grand Servant. Romulus is the only exception because of how close he is to humanity (that's the only bullshit of an excuse that was given), so Oding would need to give up his divinity. Although, if Scathach would give up the divinity she gained, she might fit the class as well. Otherwise, I think Enkidu could be a candidate for the Grand Lancer class, that's, I think, the most likely to happen, especially since it's been said he still has another form waiting to appear (but I think this class is Berserker for this form, I'm not quite sure anymore)
I was thinking that Raikou might be a grand saber candidate, we know that her berserker form is powerful and it was stated that her saber form supposably surpasses that
Odin already is part of Caster Cú's spirit origin. they revealed that during the Avalon lostbelt but then again they "Could" go and make him his own servant. since they also did a Medb Alter with Cnoc na'riab i would still believe Odin would probably be a "pseudo" servant using Cú as his body similar to muramasa using shiro
My favorite option for Grand Saber is the Archangel Michael, he's certainly as well known as the other candidates and more powerful in theory. Saber Heracles could also be an option considering now how much Marmyadose was hyped up by the lore. For berserker i think it should be either Sun Wukong or true Berserker Cu (not Cu Alter).
Really do hope its og male Musashi but we all know its saber Artoria in some way there’s no way the not giving it to there mascot. Yeah im a lance fav weapon type of guy too it’s sad when they shaft them hard cant wait to see Percival animated. Pseudo Odin Cu from Fujuki singularity would be awesome to see in a lancer for with odin like helmet armor and kingly pelts. Kinda like proto Cu’s design but enhanced and refined
I bet grand saber shirou is going to happen especially as there are some place holders for the title. Besides ive always theorized there has to be a a idealistic shirou who dosnt downfall and shirou is swords so gs'saber shirou seems perfect as the embodiment of swords taken to the pinnacle Besides even human shirou is strong enough to fight survents as a close enough to a equal and compare to gilgamish and shirou is the most main character of fate at this point kinda not to mention being relived from service is archers goal so saber shirou's finally being released releseing all of the archer emyia from service is poetic in a way Besides we all want it.
Grand Saber- male Musashi or Saber Kojiro Grand Archer- Orion or Hou Yi Grand Lancer-Romulus or Maui Grand Rider- Noah and (self proclaimed) Taigong Wang Grand Cater- Formally Solomon now Merlin Grand Assassin- King Hassan and Tez Grand Berserker- Cain
I'm sure whoever grand saber turns out to be, it HAS to be wielding excalibur. There's just no way the pinnacle of the saber class would use anything other than the most famous sword in fiction that in lore is an anti-beast world defending weapon.
My personal favorite Grand Saber option is Minamoto-no-Yoshitsune. Why? We’ve never really seen the original Yoshitsune (only ever with Kagekiyo), and we have no female or Japanese grands yet. Also, USHI ON TOP
fujimaru as grand berserker.? hahaha but he might become a servant in the future since he is related to Rin Tohsaka and Emiya Shirou who became an archer servant in grand order.. he also defeated Goetia using Mash’ shield after Mash died..
My thoughts on potential Grand Sabers; Tsukahara Bokuden, the Wandering Swordsman, or Scottish duelist Donald McBane who was said to be one of Europe's best fencing masters.
I think Viviane (Lady of the lake) is the grand saber. And arash as the grand archer like come on what's more peak than shoot an arrow strong enough to kill the one who shot it. And Gil as grand zerker
i dont think odin can be a grand servant bc he is a divinity and as far as i know grand servants need to have a human origin, the only reason why tezcatlipoca can be a grand despite being a divinity without spoiling LB 7 is bc he is using a human origin so he can be considered a human by the world and thus, a grand servant, and roma was a human before becoming a god, and i have to mention that since king hassan steped down from his seat, tezcatlipoca is the grand assassin, using his connection to the mountain, but before this he was in fact the grand berserker, that's why in olga's dream he was a berserker
For some reason to be a grand servant they must contradict the class that they represent like for instance; Merlin(Grand Caster) - prefers to beat his enemies with a sword Orion(Former Grand Archer) - "turns out, the strongest arrows are these hands" King Hassan(Former Grand Assassin) - proceeds to challenge his opponent to 1v1 Roma(Former Grand Lancer) - doesn't even use a spear, he IS the spear. Solomon(Former Grand Caster) - doesn't like chanting spells Tez - doesn't even have presence concealment Taigong - a grand caster candidate that is a Rider(tho he is considering being the next Grand Rider) As for Noah, honestly I have no idea. But it would be funny if the Grand Berserker turns out to be a very calm and sane person.
But we can’t summon him but we can summon a beast.
@@AloyImpact We cannot summon a Beast. The Beasts summon themselves. Independent Manifestation allows them to self-summon wherever they want, whenever they want. Heck, the "Saint Graph" is originally the biological structure of a Beast. Servants just copy it.

That is why when Alien God has that dream about her fighting the Grand Servants, Castoria appears as the Grand Saber

Exactly, for what I remember the only one ''set in stone'' is Gramps.

One of the better Grand Berserker theories I found was the idea of summoning "The Caveman." Humanity's platonic ancestor that through brute force managed to survive and thrive in the age of the gods.
That may go along with the idea of grand berserker being Adam, before he ate from the fruit of knowledge and gained reason.

The Grand Saber is actually The Excalibur itself.
FOOLS

Fergus did that too in the singularity. I just put Agartha's picture there to show how epic it looks. Thanks for the info anyway!
Honestly this might sound weird but Fionn could qualify as a grand saber, sure we summon him as a lancer but most of his tales depict him with the sword of the war god Nuadha
Yeah his history is amazing but was giving to other servants and he used as a joke same with the rest of the Celtics its a shame

@@Kingjder02 no, Boditshava is that you're on the path to become a Buddha, not that you are already one.

- Sun Wukong is weak af.
- He is just big mouth and chaotic. But once he gets into a bad match, he runs just as fast as he appears. The time he calls himself "Monkey King" is just him bullying weak monsters.
- During the journey, most of the time is him asking someone for help.
I could see him being Grand Rider because of his cloud.
3:06 I’m not sure if this was a leaked idea or all in my head but I recall hearing that grand saber could be the original weirder of Excalibur who during the age of gods was given Excalibur to vanquish velber.
Nah just candidate
Also he usually just called caveman saber for lolz

Also there is Heracles since we know he is sunmoned as his weakest class, just imagine what he could do at his best class!
@@fg009letyrds8along with his weapon literally just being a part of their wall it can’t help a bunch
@@valeforyoru
It was most definitely his weakest class, brother.
It's already confirmed theirs isn't Grand Class for the other class.
What are you talking about we already have the Grand Foreigner, if you finish Lostbelt 7 you'll know that Kukulkan is technically the Grand Foreigner
More like ORTs last fight, it summoned itself as a servant of the grand level, and it was a foreigner.
Thats your grand foreigner taken form.
If we ever have to fight Grand Beast, we are royaly fucked
@@MrPanda4441 I don't think there can _be_ a Grand Beast, since Grand Servants are literally the Throne's response to Beasts.
We all the know the true grand berserker is actually just Godzilla lol
if Ristuka was indeed the grand berserker, even the other grands would run in fear. she pretty much acts with the power of the toon force.
I hope you understand with this example since a Grand will not necessarily come out because there is a beast lurking there since depending on the beast a Grand will be summoned or not since no Grand came out to stop Tamo Beast or the putx de Babylon (I really don't know about Nero) but the Grand Archer was needed to defeat Artemis since she wasn't a Beast
Now regarding the subject of Arturia, the Saber version needs to come out for a while since being the face, giving it a rather curious interlude and they even confirmed that its Ávalon version will come out (I'm not referring to Casturia) it still doesn't have a real participation in the history, it has only appeared in a couple of events like summer 1 and the last guda guda but after that nothing, only mentions and I find that strange. Supposedly it should have left for Ávalon le Fay but they gave us those strange things like Oberon and Arturia didn't even come out, since due to history itself it must have been in that lostbelt with the departure of Vortingern.
Regarding Musashi, I find it difficult since within Fate the greatest feat that Musashi has had was with Chaos, which did not need a Grand for that lostbelt, the only reason Romulus came out was only because of hacking but in itself no Grand came out as an untouchable royal servant.
wow, that's very interesting info from another perspective. i never thought about it like that.
It's like you telling me "you forget everything that Arturia went through in stay night" it's stupid since one thing doesn't take away the other
Regarding Oberon Vortingern, then, unless otherwise stated, this will continue to be Vortingern
And regarding "canon" in Fate you have to take it with a grain of salt since there are things that should be considered canon as such and others that should not.
@@Get-me-out-of-Gacha-hellThat it is still does not prove that Artoria Saber is the only one who has not even had a real participation in the game other than in two random events
I’m surprised there was no mention of Tezcatlipoca. Who was originally a grand berserker who ended up taking Hassan’s spot as the grand assassin.
I feel the person that beat sefar has the best chance to be grand saber. Altho i always thought person is just from Counter Force like Emiya
Grand Saber is Castoria or Artoria Avalon, especially when she rings the Sixth Bell Londinium, she can rival Lostbelt Morgan.
There’s a theory that the grand saber is the person that wielded the original holy sword and cut the white titan in the beginning of the world honestly I can’t think of a perfect grand saber than him with Arthur being a close second
Yup agree , but my theory that was just Counter Force Emiya
@@Hansen_0101
Bro don't be silly. Emiya ain't that guy.
❤ thanks
Grand Berserker Sun Wukong would be peak
And if the Grand Assassin is the founder of the Order of Assassins, it would make sense for the Grand Saber to be the founder of the One-Sword school, Itō Ittosai, even if he's not as famous as Musashi and Kojiro, nor is his sword as legendary as Arthur's.
Also Grand Lancer Philip II of Macedon, Iskandar's father who revolutionized the Macedonian phalanx with their really long spears, would be amazing.
The Fujimaru art on the TN is drawn by an artist called Paperpillar
oh god thank you! i was looking for that info!
I feel like grand berserker should go to Cain, the first man to kill in fit of rage.
For example:
First Hassan made a pact with the angel of death Azrael, thus having access to the divine power of the angel without himself being a divine spirit.
Wow that's a really good theory
here's some more information about the Grand Servants.
Actually fake, the first holy Grail war have only three Servant (the three original family of Stay Night).
I want Grand Saber to be Slim Ceasar
Nah Slim Ceasar should be Grand Rider
grand ruler if possible, but it have to be very speacial case like grand forgreiner
@@misterart7298I think grand ruler would just be J-man
No, Grand Saber should be Robin fuckin' Hood, because why not.
Finally, I’ve been thinking about Hou Yi as grand archer for years and I now have a second opinion on it.I would’ve said Sun Wukong (Havoc in Heaven version) as grand berserker candidate tho
The girl version of the MC isn't Ritsuka, though... it's Gudako....
I thought that maybe the Grand berserker would be Cain or Grendel
Perhaps the grand saber is lartoria using Excalibur.
So... just Artoria?

God class Spirit can't get the Grand title, it was clearly mentioned that Romulus was the only exception, so Odin being the Grand Lancer is definitely not true.
For saber there is also saber Heracles, wielding the sword not even Zues could properly wield, aka the form he used in the Gigantomachia.
And who knows maeby he is a candidate to all Grand Class except Caster, afeter all he can be summoned in thos 6 classes
Grand Lancer, you said Odin, but I don't think so, Gods usually can't be summoned, in this game is for the plot, and even in the case of pseud-servants, so I don't think a new candidate is a God, but maeby Achilles or some leyend that I don't know.
Grand Assassin is Gramps an Tezcatlipoca now (here and in Grand BErserker we ahve a God, but I don't know why, any way in fate Mesoamerican gods are special)
Grand Saber, I would like Male Musashi, it would e Great, but surely will be the first user of Excalibur, the one who defeated Sephar 12000 years ago.
Yi Sun-Sin is, alongside Noah, one of the potential candidates for Grand Rider.
The big one however that has been brought up repeatedly who can possibly be a candidate for several Grand positions, would be Sun-Tzu. But is likely Grand Saber.
4:53 Since alcides existence is kind of unnatural, his normal state would be more likely.
Grand Saber: Perhaps the original wielder of Excalibur before Artoria, possibly Adam or someone just as ancient
Grand Lancer: I'll go with Odin because I can't think of anyone
Grand Archer: Heracles
Grand Berserker: Cú Chulainn because it's said he went insane in his legend and something I forgot
We alr have Cu Alter as Berseker and he's quite weak to be called Grand Berserker
"Alcides" isn't an Archer. He represents the Avenger.
Archer in F/sF is just normal Archer Heracles.
She would quickly be of the grand Toys servent class. I can imagine Saber servant class would have difficulty against her
Whoever becomes the Grand Saber, they need to wield Marmyadose. And there's only one person who can... Heracles.
We all know Musashi is Grand Saber class material :P
2. Orion (Greece) as Grand Archer
3. Scáthach (Irish) as Grand Lancer
4. Noah (Israeli) as Grand Rider
5. Abe no Seimei (Japan) as Grand Caster
6. First Hassan (Arabic) as Grand Assassin
I like to think Adam or Cain would be a Grand Berserker.
damn, Adam? thats... interesting
Berserk to Heaven because he send to earth because satansnake treachery by eating forbiden fruit
Your video Quality is Insane man. Love the efforts you put in it, really appreciate it.
Glad you enjoy it!
My theory about the grand saber is that we already got it, or rather we got what was supposed to be the grand saber but was changed during the production - Castoria.
Not only she IS the excalibur itself, uses marmyadose, the sword of hercakles that is stronger than excalibur but also in olga dream in lb7 her sprite is used as a replacement for the grand saber
iirc arthur was confirmed to not be a grand in fgo arcade, although of corse it doesn't mean he can't become one in the future
strange fake alcides went into a completely different direction, he would probably rather end up being a beast instead of a grand, alhtough since there is only one novel left we will probably quite quickly know how his strange fake story ends
as for grand lancer... not only odin is a god, we had raganarok "covered" by lb2 but also we have grimr
if I had to guess I would say that longinus (he appears already in fate/requiem) is not a bad candidate (although the existence of percival in the game makes it a bit less likely)
as for zerker - samson (already in samurai remnant) enkidu (stronger than gil) and true version of zerker cu all seem like good options
I might explain the data mine.
wasn't tezcatlipoca grand berserker but he gave it up to become grand assassin since no one else could.
yea, but "if only" there was another...
Grand Lancer could be even:
Guan Yu. a great general from chionas 3 kingdom. WHo was famous with his polearm, as i know.
Or maybe Zhao Yu. A other general, who is very often showed with a spear.
I can't wait for Grand Saber to be a dual saintgraph of shirou and seiba from fate route
The Grand Saber was actually the Excalibur we met along the way
The problem with Odin becoming the new Grand Lancer is that deities cannot become Grand Servant.
Don't forget there is Grand Extra Class Foreigner is Ort Xibalba.
4:32 what about slings?!
Grand Saber- male Musashi or Saber Kojiro
Grand Archer- Orion or Hou Yi
Grand Lancer-Romulus or Maui
Grand Rider- Noah and (self proclaimed) Taigong Wang
Grand Cater- Formally Solomon now Merlin
Grand Assassin- King Hassan and Tez
Grand Berserker- Cain
I'm sure whoever grand saber turns out to be, it HAS to be wielding excalibur. There's just no way the pinnacle of the saber class would use anything other than the most famous sword in fiction that in lore is an anti-beast world defending weapon.
In FGO Avalon le fae first alpha draft, Artoria Avalon is supposed to be Grand saber
My personal favorite Grand Saber option is Minamoto-no-Yoshitsune. Why? We’ve never really seen the original Yoshitsune (only ever with Kagekiyo), and we have no female or Japanese grands yet.
Also, USHI ON TOP
fujimaru as grand berserker.? hahaha
but he might become a servant in the future since he is related to Rin Tohsaka and Emiya Shirou who became an archer servant in grand order.. he also defeated Goetia using Mash’ shield after Mash died..
My thoughts on potential Grand Sabers; Tsukahara Bokuden, the Wandering Swordsman, or Scottish duelist Donald McBane who was said to be one of Europe's best fencing masters.
Grand Saber Artoria has Avalon most likely as her noble phantasm, she was told to be invincible while having the sheath!
No spoil For the last grand berserker but that could explain why he fight the other grand candidate during lb7. after there only one grand berserker
I haven't played Lostbelt 7 yet, but looking at your comment, I'm looking forward to it
@@mr.skeptic don't worry you will like it
Perhaps the grand saber is just the friend me made along the way.
Whos that in the thumbnail
Uhmm, our MC..?
@@mr.skeptic he doesn't look like that tho... Haven't played in a while
I think Viviane (Lady of the lake) is the grand saber. And arash as the grand archer like come on what's more peak than shoot an arrow strong enough to kill the one who shot it. And Gil as grand zerker
Bro really said lancers are destined to lose Holly grail wars as if Perceval hasn’t won 3 Holly grail wars.
i dont think odin can be a grand servant bc he is a divinity and as far as i know grand servants need to have a human origin, the only reason why tezcatlipoca can be a grand despite being a divinity without spoiling LB 7 is bc he is using a human origin so he can be considered a human by the world and thus, a grand servant, and roma was a human before becoming a god, and i have to mention that since king hassan steped down from his seat, tezcatlipoca is the grand assassin, using his connection to the mountain, but before this he was in fact the grand berserker, that's why in olga's dream he was a berserker
For some reason to be a grand servant they must contradict the class that they represent like for instance;
Merlin(Grand Caster) - prefers to beat his enemies with a sword
Orion(Former Grand Archer) - "turns out, the strongest arrows are these hands"
King Hassan(Former Grand Assassin) - proceeds to challenge his opponent to 1v1
Roma(Former Grand Lancer) - doesn't even use a spear, he IS the spear.
Solomon(Former Grand Caster) - doesn't like chanting spells
Tez - doesn't even have presence concealment
Taigong - a grand caster candidate that is a Rider(tho he is considering being the next Grand Rider)
As for Noah, honestly I have no idea.
But it would be funny if the Grand Berserker turns out to be a very calm and sane person.
You mean Kratos?
well theres also Heracles in his archer form that could be the grand archer considering his hydra venom bow can practically kill gods
ProtoArthur is canonically the Grand Saber BUT not the grand saber of our timeline.
His mission from proto-merlin was to hunt a Beast after all.
