The first covering of the Kaaba was the Chadur of Bibi Hajrah. In the time of jahiliya hijab was worn by the women of wealthy or well respected families . Slave girls were not allowed to wear the hijab. Mother of the Prophet Sallallaho Alayhi waAlayhi wasallam did had the Hijab they were Hashims . Hijab was a symbol of respect. And ALLAH commanded in The Quran to let down their khimaar so as to cover their bossom. Which means they already had the head covering but ALLAH now want to complete it until Qiyamah. And hijab became obligatory upon all believing females even if they were slaves. Imagine putting a crown over the head of the servants which made them look equal to their masters. SubhanALLAH!
Allah clearly mentions in the Qur'an. Surah Baqarah ayat no. 216 "Fighting in the cause of Allah is obligatory upon you and you dislike that. And it is likely that you dislike a thing which is better for you, and it is likely that you like a thing which is bad for you, and Allah knows and you not know. " Forcing someone to do something is not a bad thing unless done for good. We force our children to go to school even if they hate to wake up and go to school. We force our children to take medicines when they are ill. We force our children to not eat things that are not good for them. We literally force multiple times to our children daily to do this and do that but when it comes to Hijab, all these feminists, ohh please don't force them. Come on you guys.
Hijab becomes obligatory from the age of 9 (lunar) . Girls should be trained before that . As ALLAH is The Most Merciful. Out of HIS Mercy the age was set. They would make their 2 yrs old wear the kindergarten uniform cause the school made it obligatory but when it comes to hijab the Command of ALLAH they fail to do it on time.
Say a girl is 20 and does not cover herself and at the age on 30 she starts covering herself. For these 10 years do you have any idea how many men she will attract towards herself. May be they will even commit a sin after looking at her beauty. At the day of judgement, the men will be asked why did they commit this sin and they will point at this girl, she will be questioned at the day of judgement. Secondly, she will work like an advertisement to other Muslim girls. If other Muslim girl who covers herself but after looking at her, if they also starts to uncover themselves then again the blaim will also be on this girl. These are just 2 examples. So it is way better to teach a girl from childhood to cover herself.

jazakoum'Allah Khairan for this video❤️ Many Muslims nowadays talk as if a woman should put the hijab on even if she hates it... That's not the way, to me at least. One would definitely wear the hijab if they are close to Allah swt, so close that prejudices and worries won't even matter anymore. That's the right mindset. What's a peace of clothing if the person's heart is everything but attached to Allah SWT. You look Muslim, yes, but are you, really? Work on your character, brothers and sisters, it's the most important thing. A sister with a hijab on that backbites, steals and is jealous of others is not comparable to another sister that doesn't wear the hijab but steal remembers Allah SWT day and night, reflecting and being aware of Him SWT and what she should do and not do to get closer to Him SWT.
I would disagree with this point of yours. Hijab or any other hukam of Islam is as important as being good in your dealings with people. Islam is a full package, we aren't allowed to pick n choose. @@akamaulvi I never said it's okay not to wear a head coverage, you understood it that way, but I definitely said that character is just as important because I see a lot of Muslims nowadays with the appearance of a Muslim, but their hearts are a different story. @@akamaulvi I fully disagree with forcing our sisters into wearing one because they'll mostly resent it. It's the same with hijab, if you force a girl to wear it, especially if her faith is low, she might blame Islam not you. And we don't want that.
