You were in my mother's town, i'm veryyy surprised... i just say that town is one of the most beatiful of north portugal province, Minho, not far of Braga city. i know very well that place and i'm also surprised how that house still's resists at the booming construction in that town...another great video of the kings of the abandoned places,Maureno and Remon.

Back many years ago I worked for a rich couple that had a complete kitchen in their basement. The wife wouldn't let her husband cook in the main kitchen and made him do all his specialty cooking downstairs. Everything from canning to liquor. Maybe that second kitchen was the kitchen that made specialty things. Like canning and other stuff.

Love the furniture in this awesome house. Know the feeling about lost wallets, hopefully you can retrieve some of your footage. I had to by my hubby a wallet with a chain that attaches to a belt loop & slides in the pocket. He lives it. Antitheft & cannot lose if attached to you. An under shirt waist pouch for your cash, passport cards also antitheft & hides under your shirt. Stay safe guys. Much Love from Ontario CANADA
I noticed the safe/vault was once hidden by the vanity that was hanging above the chest of drawers at the first opening. I’m shocked that you didn’t put that together, lol

Really enjoyed this house, guys. You can tell that this was definitely a fantastic home. Very beautiful and stately. It always baffles me seeing wonderful places like this left abandoned. A family lived and laughed here. There was love in these 4 walls. Now it sits silent. That's very sad to me, especially when you think that could happen to any one of us. Our lives are but a vapor. We weren't meant to stay here forever. Thank you for showing us this home with a great deal of respect, as usual! God bless you, Maureno and Remon, and stay safe!

Lamentablemente no podemos conocer la historia de esta familia y sus orígenes, pero su casa es realmente muy hermosa, quiero destacar los bellos muebles tallados, su finas lámparas y el colorido papel mural. El afiche de la Plaza de Toros de Torremolinos, tiene el nombre de Neusa Loureiro(hija de los dueños de la mansión ?), junto a los nombres de dos grandes toreros españoles. Estos afiches los imprimian y vendían como recuerdos a los turistas en España, probablemente el Diploma de Torero a nombre de Neusa, sea también un souvenir de alguno de sus viajes. Maureno, lamento la pérdida de tu billetera y espero que puedas recuperar tus documentos y también los archivos del disco duro, siempre existe la posibilidad si consultas con un especialista, no se puede perder tanto esfuerzo y trabajo. This is a very beautiful home specially the downstairs living area, lot of antique things and furniture around the house, sad to see it got a banded, the upstairs kitchen is lovely got a high ceiling, look like this place had more than one family living in it, I wonder why everyone are disappear and the home got abandoned, thank you for sharing

Maria do Carmo is the name of a woman. That room was from a woman. The man probably died first. Neusa Loureiro being their daughter, so probably this was the family Loureiro. And the woman was probably called Maria do Carmo Loureiro.
