Awesome videos you guys (or guy and girl!). Love seeing all these different foods from all the countries you visit. Of course, being Scottish, I have to say my favourite is Edinburgh, but even I wouldn’t try a deep fried Mars Bar.
I was in Budapest early summer for the first time and loved it! Definitely want to go back someday :)

Have you guys ever visited The Terror House museum? Well worth the admission fee, just to see the T34 tank/water feature in the lobby!

I can really recommend a place called Napfényes near Ferenciek tere, I visit Budapest every year and go there at least once every time. There is also a partly vegan wok restaurant near Astoria called Kelly's Wok and a vegan burger place near Gellert tér called Veganlove.
please put more of an emphasis on different cultures street foods

Luckily, we really haven't had many issues at all. We'll hopefully be trying it out in Singapore next month too :) Hopefully we both have great experiences 👍

Loved the wood work in your Airbnb apartment with the teal furniture. I am partly vegan and we eat something called fake meat which is made with soyabean. Nice video! Safe travels to 3 of you.

Love the Airbnbs you guys keep showing us! Ever since discovering Airbnb in 2014, it’s been our preferred way to find accommodation, way nicer than hotels or motels.
As much as I love your food videos, vegan food won’t ever make the cut for me. At least not as long as there’s fake meat and stuff pretending to be a burger. I‘m just too much of a carnivore to allow some weird beef-flavored meat substitute in my lunch... 😜 The lemonades looked awesome though!
Really impressed with Alison's hair... it looks salon blow dried! Is this effect all from a multi-purpose liquid soap?! Would she mind sharing her secrets?
A ton of seasoning "helps" too on meat dishes....

Hey, guys! Have been following you guys since a week now! I have almost watched all your Vblogs, so much that I think my Netflix account is feeling a little bad :D. Just a suggestion, is your camera on auto focus mode, sometimes? It gets a bit burry a few times, may be you should take a look at that. All the intros to the vidoes are so neat! Do come to India soon, will show you around :D.
Thanks for the comment, glad you're enjoying the videos! Yeah the auto focus on our a7ii isn't the best, plus we can't look at the screen while we film cause it doesn't tilt that way. Vloggin cameras are always give and take though. We do our best!

So I’ve gone back and watched dozens and dozens of videos and asked this a few times, who’s Nikita (sp), and how long did he travel with you guys? He seems to be in all early vlogs but then disappears???
Were you able to get around without any issue? Because we Hungarians don't really speak languages, sadly.Even in the capital it can be tricky to sightsee and stuff as a foreigner.
Not really...but then again, we mostly walk everywhere :) But the few trains and buses we took were pretty easy to navigate thanks to google maps 👍
I’m a meat eater & always will be. I would try certain vegan dishes if they meet two requirements. Do they taste good & are they healthy? 🌱 🍖 - also, Budapest is my favorite European capital city. 🇭🇺
Wish I'd known about that vegan food festival. Budapest seems an unlikely venue as Hungarian food is generally very meaty.
We thought the same thing, haha! It seemed to draw a pretty good crowd, so hopefully they'll keep it up :)

Did you know that the apartment you stayed in used to be Zsa Zsa Gabors house ! Did the house have loads of windows at the front ? I follow a youtuber called Daze With Jordan The Lion and he visited Budapest and had a quick look in that house and looked in the foyer and the courtyard ! He arrived just as you left .
I think the courtyard looks a bit similar, but it's a different building. Ours didn't have many windows and the entrance was different. We sure do love the courtyards in Budapest, though! We've yet to stay in an apartment without one 😍

We definitely agree! We've been talking a lot about doing a vegetarian stint again, but we really love trying local dishes and lots of them include meat :/ we'll keep working on it though! Glad you're enjoying the adventure otherwise 😊

If you happen to be Swedish, NEVER tell anyone that because you will hear tones of rubbish anti-immigrant propaganda they have learnt from TV and newspapers. Not everyone, but many are fact resistant and just continue believing what they _want_ to believe no matter how much you explain and show them statistics of sinking violent crimes and such.

Sugar is vegan, you can eat "healthy" vegan doughnuts, cakes and candies every day :D also those vegan burgers are not healthier than regular burgers with white bread and cooked in oil.
