Sardegna isn't a bad rally but compared to Sanremo it is nothing. A bit like how they went to Marmaris for a few years instead of the Acropolis. Yeah, Marmaris is probably a nicer place to go on holiday, but the Acropolis is gritty, unforgiving and legendary. Marmaris was just a weak imitator.
Another great film for Christmass - tank you! But I have three things that could-shoud be changed: 1. Biggest miss - PANZERPALTTE Germany 2. Ouninhpohia (sorry if I spell it wrong) is undoubtly no 1. 3. If You look for more countries You would find Rally Poland 1973 and its iconic ROSCISZOW-WALIM stage. Used only once in WRC in 1973, when Rally Poland was in its oryginal - tarmac - lacation in Lower Silesia with Wroclaw being the base of the Rally. ROSCISZOW-WALIM is Poland no 1 rally stage. It fetures a up hill section with many hairpins through forest. Then a long almost strait pass through top of the hill, and a down hill section towards Walim willage with many turns and hairpins covered with pre II World War granit brick - very tricki in all conditions. A final double hairpin (with granit covering) just before the finish (so called PATELNIE WALIMSKIE) is the most well known place for rally fans all over Poland. Patelnie Walimskie were recently officially called Janusz Kulig street (after our late great driver from a willage near Kraków).

Było świeżo po dość obfitych opadach śniegu, więc miałem już w tej zimy zupełnie przypadkiem okazję pozawijać na ręcznym na tych epickich zakrętach moją leciwą Astrą. W sumie pierwszy raz jechałem Walim po białym. Tak to zawsze sucho lub mokro. W Walimiu było lekko biało, ale na przełęczy było chyba z 30cm śniegu. W Rosciszowie z kolei nie było już w ogóle śniegu. I was going to rage if the Whaanga coast hadn't even made the top 30 haha but it was cool to see it rightfully in it's No1 spot :D, pretty neat that it's only a 50 min drive away from where I live too!, very crazy scenery and an even crazyier road, the camber is like a rollarcoaster!
TheRUB Turini actually is on the first place, by the feeling you get when it shows in the video. At least me, everytime that segment comes, my eyes are teary, no help there..
We must be honest.. I'm Portuguese, and yes, it is a great stage, specially by the crowd. But in terms of what is a rally stage... Why it should be in top 10? Because of a jump? Finland has a lot of that, and in other countries, there are even bigger and more spectacular jumps... And i agree that Arganil is a better stage, and personally i would put Sintra above Fafe. Now if you say, speaking of Portugal stages, that Volcano stage in Azores should be in the top 10 (or even higher)... that i would agree with it. But yet... No WRC event in there... And this is a WRC list
Starting from the end of your comment: the Azores rally as a whole is as scenic as it can get, and that stage in particular is simply amazing. Now about Fafe: Fafe is so much more than a jump. It's the lack of traction, the atmosphere around and the pure love for rallies you can breath while standing there. It's amazing how many fans you get in that single stage all sharing the passion and enjoyment from seeing their heroes driving by, and even the drivers feel it. About being a Top 10 stage, that's only an opinion and you have all the right in the world to disagree with it.

Déjeme comentar que la Etapa de Condor - Copina de Argentina, no es la mas querida por los pilotos, es bastante lenta y en general del rally de Argentina hay etapas como Las Bajadas (donde se accidento Ari Vatanem con el 205) o Tanti - Cosquin que son extremadamente rápidas y divertidas para los pilotos. Man, wAtching this makes me wish the current rally Italy and Australia routes weren’t as nothing as they currently are. Really good list, though I feel something from Poland deserved a shout. Specially given the FIA decided it’s too dangerous to run now....

Athens Olympic Stadium Super Special Stage should be in, cars running in front of 70.000 people. Also you should use a Monaco flag for the stages of Monte Carlo Rally

We need Sanremo back in the WRC. Sardinia is a nice place to go on holiday but Sanremo is one of the most epic rally of them all

Gotta throw the legendary Kitigan Zibi stage from my local Rally, Rallye Perce Neige, 33km without studs on basically sheet ice is amazing to see.
