Do you have CoQ10 supplements in tablet or liquid form? I have an ileostomy so can't take capsules.

Ubiquinol is amazing for cardio workouts. What creatine does for lifting weights, CoQ10 does the same for running, if not more. This is probably the most effective supplement I have used. I can feel it. As a bonus, I don't get the same brain fog after a hard workout. Ubiquinol even helps in the gym if I am doing more than 12 reps on an exercise.
I bought it in powder form, because of the price. I take it on an empty stomach, an hour before the workout 200-300 mg depending on how hard the workout will be. But I eat more fat than the average person, 120 grams on average. There is some research on shilajit fulvic acid, which is supposed to help with the absorption of ubiquinol, but shilajit didn't do anything for me, personally.
