Suzuki DF200 Outboard Oil Change - Instructions in 60 Seconds

How to change the oil in your Suzuki DF 200 Outboard. The DF225 and DF250 follow the same procedure
Lucas Extreme Duty Outboard Engine Oil Synthetic SAE 10S-40 (the best)
1. Best to warm up the motor.
2. Pull the drain plug (catch the washer) and drain oil into an oil catch pan
3. Let oil drain. This will take a few minutes.
4. Remove oil filter
5. Wet the oil filter o-ring with a little oil
6. Install oil filter (Hand tighten)
7. Install drain plug and washer
8. Fill with Lucas outboard motor oil. Oil specs and capacities are listed on the front of the motor, just above the yellow fill cap.

@@davidfishferrell Yup, kind of have to carefully yank on it. I used a little silicone spray on the rubber to get it back in place easily.
