Awesome video as allways! AK variants have such character and interesting origin stories, especially the journey to the American civilian market. When you were speaking of the M70 it made me think perhaps they were trying to keep some SKS features lol. Checkout my past videos on the development of the CZ 805 Bren series for discussion of the Lata-S & CZ-2000. Basically, the CZ2k was never put into serial production, though several test/trials/demo units were produced. India considered briefly adopting the platform. Czech firearms design history is of particular interest to me. Its a parallel but different path compared with the USSR, with more German influences and even more from JMB if we're being honest too.

I am who I am and if it were shorter, oh so much would have to be cut out. If i did that, then it wouldn't be unique. Also, it wouldn't be me operating at my best ability. I do not believe in not doing one's best possible work.

I Enjoy The Longer Videos And Misha Has Great Respect For Details And Facts And In My Opinion a True Historian And a Wealth Of Knowledge And Has Real Examples To Show and Teach By Seeing 😎

Some of us LOVE to nerd out on the long form detail rich videos from Misha. That's why I been following him for years since I first found him so long ago.
