1999 Mazda Protege 1.6L engine Spark Plug and Spark Plug Boot Replacement.
I couldn't find a good video for how to do this specifically for the 1.6L engine, so i made one. Hope you find it useful.

come to think of it, I should still have all my old wires and boots and since I changed the ignition coil I should still have one of the new boots as well. I would be happy to ship them to you.

I would usually turn extension bar by hand to avoid cross threading wile installing sp, its more worrysome since you use the socket with joint. But thanks for the video :)

I think they were around $10 locally. I ended up having to change the ignition coil and got it from 1aauto.com for around $49 which was about half the price I could find it in any of my local parts stores so you might look there first.

its supposed to be negative isn't it? Always the black one!
