Just watched this and please allow me to ask you a question.
I believe you shouldn’t tap brakes on iced/snow road as you advised because it’s dangerous as modern vehicles equipped with ABS to do that automatically by onboard computers with combined of ASC.
When you tap brake like old non ABS / ASC vehicle it will stops the intended use of ABS / ASC and could end up with skidding uncontrollably.
