Thanks you all for sharing this beautiful beautiful place with us & for sharing what gear you used. I'm going now to look up 3 Rivers Ranch. You all r great thanks again
Big rivers like this are so difficult to fish. Casting to rising fish can be so frustrating when you don’t know what they’re eating. A good guide is just about a must.
I love the new content and style of the show. Two hosts are great as well. I wish I could afford those guides. Will you be doing any episodes where you show how to successfully suss it out yourself?
I like ya mark but there is definitely not " literally trillions" of bugs on that river. For comparison, a billion seconds is about 32 years. I get it, it's just funny. I've been on a river where you literally couldn't open your mouth without eating bugs so i can comment i think. Great content as usual.
I couldn’t disagree more. Mark seems like the type of guy id want in my boat everyday. My good friend and fellow guide Andy, who Tom and Mark were fishing with at the end on the Teton, has nothing but great things to say about them.
@@oby-1607 The part where he gave his rod to the guide and asked him to show him how to do it spoke to me about his humbleness and willingness to learn. I go to the Teton Valley most years about the time they were there and visit one of my best friends on earth and fishing the BWO hatch can be some picky technical fishing.
@@foragefarmer1300 Super Technical! You should have seen the cutthroat on the Teton that Tom and I fished to for 3 hours. THAT was also very humbling! M
I love seeing videos of places that I’m not far from
I went there in 2013 all the way from Australia,it truly is an awesome fishery and will get back there some day👍
I love fishing the South Fork! Glad you guys took the time to experience some of the best the west has to offer!!
Your team produces the best fly fishing pieces. I like the why you incorporate tips on techniques and tackle.
Glad you like them, thanks for the kind words!
New sub - that brown was a lifetimer!
11:06 - I've jumped off the top rail of that bridge. Fun Farm bridge in-between St Anthony and Ashton
There is so many more rivers in that area that have awesome fishing as well!
Amazing stuff fellas! Keep those little nuggets of priceless info coming for us novice anglers out here!
Thanks! Will do!
Great video! Nice job on that last brown Mark! What a tank
Thanks Jordan.. it was a fantastic fish! Total Thrill!

Tom is my hero.

A good guide isn't expensive........they're priceless.
It is very rewarding to figure out these waters without a guide! A drift boat is definitely a must for the Southfork tho

Fantastic places. Congratulations from Parma - Italy 👍
Many thanks!
Hope you guys are doing good! I’ll be up at Henry’s the middle of June!
Awesome video!! Keep the content coming!!! When were you guys up there?
They were there in late September, we hope to come this season in early September. Thanks for watching
Great!
How come our wild browns get the reds in tail and fins and those don’t really seem too
What length and weight of Helios are you two using?
They were using primarily six weights in 9 foot lengths but sometimes would switch to 5 weights in 8'6" lengths for smaller rivers.
I can’t catch bass on the foy
Just release this!

I like Tom hosting better
Thanks for your feedback. Tom is a great resource for our sport.
Mark
Yeah, Tom is the better host. This guy looks like the type to cut you off at the boat launch and have an attitude about it.
