About this game
The eternal harvester of galactic empires has returned! Witness massive waves of Creeper flood across the 3D terrain in this real time strategy game where the enemy is a fluid. Build out your economic base with energy and mined wares. Assemble your forces and struggle against the creeper on all fronts as it floods and fills the map. Take the high ground with your forces to avoid the creeper as waves crash around your base. Increase your lines of sight and range on high ground, but beware the aerial units. And, if you last long enough, launch orbital weapons and call down devastating strikes on the enemy.
Creeper World 4 continues the iconic and well received Creeper World RTS franchise, expanding into a new dimension of strategic possibilities and threats. The galaxy once again finds itself culled and utterly in ruins. Guide a scientist and cohorts through the ultimate test of survival and restore hope to the galaxy... one world at a time. Play small maps casually, while pausing and issuing orders. Alternately, play massive maps in real-time with full save support. The choice is yours. Play the story missions, the community crafted missions, or use the built in mission generator for infinite possibilities. Use the map editor to make your own maps for fun and sharing. Create custom units, or even custom game play modes, and share those as well.

Can't believe I just sat here at 2:00 a.m. and watched this. Worth it.
Whew, that's quite a map. Impressive how quickly you pulled it off too. I'd probably have done it the safe and slow way by terraforming myself a super high wall to shoot mortars off of with tons of range, packing in as many mortars as will actually get range to fire, then slowly creeping forward as the terps raise more wall.
Terraformed walls do nothing against creep of this height.
@@Tzizenorec They let mortars shoot farther, so more of them can be attacking the creep at the same time.
This is a map where you simply watch how fast you fail the first time, barely win on your 2nd play, and optimize on the next ones, all of which would be enjoyable because it's a difficult one.
You pushed it and handled stress nicely. For your next playthrough;
- Why not disable ac blocking altogether, it's not like they're going to be wasted and you have a reason to accumulate more.
- Towards the middle of the game, turn miners back to blue so you can have a positive flow of anti creeper which would help a lot.
- Ports were a nice touch but need to time them better.
- Use rockets as early as possible. And maybe towards the end, you don't need to spend 5 of them on conversion anymore.
- Don't forget to push with air force.
I see you mention bringing the play time down to 30 minutes, so you probably saw most of these points. Nice play!
i enjoyed this map more than any other ive played. i did bring the time down a bit, but now quite as much as i would of liked. I have seen better times but they had a lot more micro skills than i did, and scraficed a LOT more units than i did

Got a love creeper world. Been trying to recreate a type of creeper world in minecraft.
Not an easy thing to do.

Are you sure that section must be lost? Can you actually make it the front line if you plan on that being the front line from the beginning?

The way he speaks reminds of stampy
Around the 15 minute to 20 minute mark you stayed at an enormous deficit for a prolonged period of time. I get that you wanted to build Mortars everywhere, but aren't you harming your dps at the front because of the deficit? Before you went into the deficit your frontline was doing a decent job. And then you started losing ground rapidly. Correlation maybe?
ive actually played this map a few times now, and cut like 30min off the play time. Its still the best CW4 map ive played

Glad I watched this, this is definitely not hat I will ever consider an enjoyable game or gameplay or scenario. Glad I watched, gonna stay away from that mess of a mission. Doesnt seem like it even requires any thinking or strategy, just a hell lots of towers everywhere. What a mess really. Thanks for sharing!
