I absolutely liked this little compilation, it's really from all walks of life, and I for one love learning such miscellaneous, mixed things. Much rather than those "let's learn 20+ phrasal verbs of get/take/put"... Keep up the good work! Also, I have three such phrasal verbs in mind, which I have recently heard. Tide over= I have just enough cash on me to tide me over for the night. Fork over= Now, fork over some cash and leave me alone. Tick off= Your whining is really starting to tick me off. Can you stop it already?
This was an absolutely fantastic lesson. I enjoyed watching this awesome video. It was greatly educational for all of us. I found this lesson incredibly beneficial. Have a wonderful day, Leila and Sabrah.
I couldn't agree more. This an excellent lesson, not too long and plenty of useful material, different from the hundreds of other ones that want to teach you _again_ the difference between to put off and to call off.
I especially love the way you explain each phrasal verb with clear definition. Your lessons are fabulous! Thank you for your effort to make such useful vidios!💖
Huge thanks go to you Leila due to your lovely instructions as you are my sounding board, opinionated and forthright tutor.I really applaud you... Regards.🌹❤🙏🏻🇬🇧

I am really biggest fan of english language n specially of phrasal verb. N the way u teach is really perfect! I wanted to say I really fell touched with England, but dont know why but hoping to visit it once. Thank u maam.
I'm ever so grateful for your help. I have always been sniffing out the truth about idioms like these. Now i have to muster up the energy to use them all in conversation.
Her husband zoned out when she started her daily complaints. A good psychologist does not dish out prescriptions but listens carefully to the patients. She has the habit of fauning everyone over just to get what she needs. She always mulls over each and every detail. The secretary is constantly hamming her boss up to get bonuses. The police sized John up because they suspected he was the one who committed the crime. Oh it is tough when nothing happens in one's life, you know just ploding along. Her kids always remind her to lighten up. The competitor means to play down our product. She was one of the candidates weeded out before the competition started. Maria always gets dream jobs because she is so good at sniffing them out. I know I got hot one phrasal verb. I will have to watch the video ago to find out. Thank you for this great lesson. Update: I never thought Karen would muster up the courage to deliver her baby at home.
Honestly speaking, If only I had a beautiful english teacher as beautiful as you are, my attendance in class would be perfect, I would listen and pay attention always, and for sure I will get an "A+".
