Hey, we also applied for a certificate of marital status and forgot to send the back and front cover of the passport, which we did immediately. Now more weeks have passed. And we were also told that we need to go to their office for an interview. but they couldn't tell us when or how long it takes to tell us so we can at least book our flights..which makes me skeptical.. did someone else experience this too? I mean there are a lot of costs involved for flight tickets etc.. just for us to get that certificate :(.. are we the only ones with such a situation?
What did you apply? Is this with the agency ofFamily law? And who told you to go to their office? Sorry i did not quite get it. If you want i can add you to our facebook group and ask of anyone also experienced what you had.

Hi, I experienced the same as you! They asked us to submit again and told us that they would get back to us within 2 months but it‘s been 3 months now :( Is there any way to cancel my application so i can just apply for a new one? :(
Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately i heard thats not advisable to do. We also wanted to do the same but it might take more time if you do that. We just waited and our wedding plans changed. We went to denmark twice hoping we get the approval the day before our planned wedding date coz friends are already with us. Ended up coming back again 2 weeks after and also celebrated ceremony with parents. 😟
Hi i have question how i can make single cerficates and which city i can take fast appointment.And passport fully scan or just click photo and send?
I only know the city where I got married and copenhagen, i guess mine has more slots as copenhagen is more common place for wedding.

Pwd sis pero mas matagal process. Kasi kokontakin p nla copenhagen then pinas and all. Unlike pag sa copenhagen one day lng tapos na.

Hi Maria. I had the same issue as what you had. We tried applying for marriage in Denmark, unfortunately we received an email saying that my passport is not clear and it would take 2 months for me to get a feed back. However my Visa will expires soon. May I ask what did yoi do with your schengen visa?

Hi!! Sorry to be wrting back late! How did it go?? That time we were planning for me to make a visa run to morocco coz there i can go visa free, and then i can save more days for my schengen.
hey @charlotgenil5936 , i have the same issue!! They told me it could take up to 2 month. can you tell me how long it took in the end until you got the answer? I am so desperatly waiting, so any expierences from other people could help me.

Maria....I plan to do marriage in Denmark with my Germany bf before my visa expired...and my question is should I go back to my original country when my visa expired after I married ?
Hi leslie! Im so sorry to be writing back late. Did u get to go home after wedding in Denmark? It depends on your country of origin and the visa you have. Mine was tourist visa and Philippines so after wedding I had to go back. But upon arriving i went straight tk embassy to apply for Family reunification Visa and got it so fast that I was back in Germany in less than 2 months.

I just want to ask how it happened that after arriving back to the Philippines you were able to apply immediately for a reunification visa when posting of the ROM, as what I know, takes about 3 months to complete and be posted to PSA. How soon was your PSA marriage certificate available?
Sisss help, did you encounter any problem with regards to the quality of your passport photos and ids? I am using iphone 13 and followed all the instructions but nirereject lagi ng agency ko yung sinusubmit ko kesyo pag zinoom daw ay wobbly pero sinubukan ko na yung best ko ,namin and idk bakit yung agent eh chinicheck na yung email ko by the end of the day tapos mag eemail back ng the ff morning at okay naman yung mga pictures 😢
Tlgang strict sa quality ng photos and ids sis ang denmark, jan kami nadelay kaya better to use the best quality. Pero ung passport pages photos ko samsung lng ginamit ko pang take, malinaw naman at tinanggap
