Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately i heard thats not advisable to do. We also wanted to do the same but it might take more time if you do that. We just waited and our wedding plans changed. We went to denmark twice hoping we get the approval the day before our planned wedding date coz friends are already with us. Ended up coming back again 2 weeks after and also celebrated ceremony with parents. 😟

1. 5 days if all docs are properly submitted. Up to 2 months waiting for the next approval if some docs are incomplete. 2. from what i remember, i think other towns besides copenhagen would be faster because not so much applications compared to copenhagen. 3. not sure how it goes with other nationalities. I am only speaking from my experience as filipina getting married in denmark. In my case, had to go back to my country to apply the family reunion visa. But it was fast because i already got my wedding papers acknowledged in denmark. Hope this helps!

Depends on your nationality. If Filipino, it’s rare or almost not possible. You have to go back to PH again and apply student visa. If shifting to ausbildung, maybe possible. Depends on the demand of that program.

@@lifetravelboss don't worry you're not late yet. My German Language Course appointment is on February 6th. I'm still worried because I do not have Proof of Rootedness. Though I'm thinking of just reassuring them that I will go back to the Philippines after my course, then process my Ausbildung visa immediately.
