It's probably the hunger, but I've been serially watching your videos for almost an hour now, and I don't even bake! I like how you keep the recipes simple and the instructions concise. Sure, there's no dearth of channels with better production, but your videos are unique in the way they stick to the basics - with no overuse of funky edits or overtly complicated recipes unsuited for home cooking. I wish you'd change the background music though - it's reminiscent of 2D games on cell phones! I'm sure there's a plethora of royalty-free music you can use instead, if you have the time to go looking. :) You could even cut out the music completely, freeing up space for your beautiful voice. Also, you have the loveliest accent. Heck, I could listen to you reading a telephone book out loud! ;) Cheers.
