My "Sourdough" Egg White Bread recipe:
Preheat oven to 325. LIne loaf pan with parchment paper, set aside.
To your stand mixer (or bowl if using a hand mixer) add the following:
1 1/2 cups water
1 TBSP gelatin
2 Tsp Cream of Tartar
1/4 cup Allulose
120 grams Egg White Powder
Mix by hand then on high speed until you have stiff peaks.
Meanwhile, while that is mixing, to a small bowl add:
12 grams (2 TBSP) butter powder
12 grams (2 TBSP) whole egg powder (or 2 tsp egg yolk powder)
Mix together
Once you have stiff peaks, add the butter powder and whole egg powder mixture, combine on low.
ADD: 2 TBSP sour cream (or 1 TBSP sour cream powder)
Mix a few more seconds on low, then a few seconds on high.
Put in the prepared loaf pan, bake for about 30 minutes (depending on your oven and your location) until done.

Cindy. I'm new to baking. Do you have any thoughts on how long to cook this if I put this in 4 inch molds to make hamburger buns?
