The pictures are history. I hope someone has written stories about this family. The house of many kitchens & bathrooms! Even little made up mini fridge & microwave. Tea, coffee, & snacks. Thank you. I'm glad you wore a good breathing mask.
That is difinatley my favorate lost place i´ve seen on your channel. Interesting, no vandalism, just natural decay and nice historical items. I like the way you film: you take your time and show us everything in detail ! Thanks for the tour !! 👍👍👍
Another Grand video. Another Grand explore. I enjoyed this so much. I particularly like the fact that you let the building speak for itself, that is; you didn't find it necessary it point out every feature with verbal commentary. There were so many architectural features of interest here. Although, my favourite is the photo of the marble washstand with mirror and globe light above at 43:08. Thanks.
@@AbandonedUK Explorers that talk constantly & state the obvious are annoying but I did miss you saying hello & making the occasional funny comment. A few words makes it feel that I'm seeing things with you. Look forward to next explore.
Comments were off when i watched this, very beautiful house and great stuff too see, and nice too see you are back at exploring, but you were a bit fast at times :-)
Thank you rolf, all is good here of late.....Sorry about the lack of content. I waited ages for a half decent explore to come along that was worth the travel & time....then made a complete hash of it....must get in more practice....all the best!!
@@AbandonedUK I hear more explorers complaining about the lack of new places, and you shouldn't have too pay a arm and a leg too discover you can't get in after a long travel, witch sadly happens a lot.
Hi friend long time.. good to see you.. well i couldnt visit this way too for some time.. wow. this is an amazing exploration.. what!!! wait a minute .. why there is electricity and the meter working and a light is on? if this is abandoned.. well it certainly has to be abandoned.. the way current state of the house is pretty bad.. falling into pieces.. mold.. water damage.. is this going to be demolished soon. Its a huge place.. so many rooms.. i got lost some where in there..the pool is pretty sad looking. no turning back there.. . .thank you so much for sharing..
taking a break until something inspires me....lately nothing worth risking or nothing local to explore....work & life just seems to take up my time.......there is hope & thanks for your support/comments.
No offence, but this property was not abandoned! I lived there until 2018 and it was sold off as part of a building project and had to be partially restored due its protected status. 😂
it was sad to see such clear beautiful decades-old photos just laying about on the floor. Clearly from the elaborate swimming pool, the property was upkept & maintained from the 1600s to some modern period. Its abandonment seems to have happened rather quickly over less than a couple decades in the 20th century.

Terrific old place too bad it's falling into such disrepair. Enjoyed this been awhile since you've done one, worth the wait.
nice house, good filming, no music, no talking, bravo !
Hey thanks! It's all about the house....not the explorer;-)
I agree! Enjoyed it!

@@mlday6821 Yes I agree- when he does the limited commentary rather than none at all- its best.
What a lucky find. That place is dope. Look at the stairs. Nice video. Left u a like. Look forward to more explores 👍
What a wonderful place. Another excellent piece from you. Thanks for sharing it.
Beautiful older home. Quite a maze. So many kitchens. Sad no one cares about pictures for family histoty.

Where have you been? I hope you were ok, you were missed. Another great video here, thank you.
May be it's been said, for abandoned like this it would be wise to have some one with you. great video say safe.
20:13 In the visitor's book someone's address is 11129 Ophir Drive, Los Angeles. The Zillow estimated value for this house is $2.7 million!
are the developers who purchased it in 2010 not under legal obligation to get the work done?
Thumbs up .) Good trip !
Hello, mate, no videos for a long time, I hope you're OK.

No....it has been secured & under development
@@AbandonedUK Damn... Cheers for letting me know 👍🏻
Might go there tomorrow is it still abandoned?
I don't know as it's not local to me, but I suspect not.
@@AbandonedUK I went there the house was sold and has since been renovated
A little too fast with the camera. Beautiful house though. Thanks for sharing.

I feel disturbed by the decay, rot and abandonment!

I got a bad vibe from this home
