Kitchen is going to be wonderful - best wishes for 2025 to you and Anita! Hope Anita 's mum is getting better so Anita can be home soon 😊
Thank you so much and Happy New Year for 2025. Thanks for your best wishes for mum. I hope so to too.
How nice to have a new companion with you. You have been busy and yes I would like to know also how the massive rocks were placed into the buildings. It’s all such a mastery. Merry Christmas wishes with blessings for a wonderful New Year to you both. 🇨🇦
Thank you and best wishes to you too for a Happy New Year!
Hi Miko 😊 Yay a sponsorship deal so pkeased for you 😁 well done on being brave and using it I have to admit that would terrify me 😂
Lots of work done with knocking down that wall and lots on your family's property I wish them good luck in selling it 😊
What a beautiful dog and great company for you while Anita is away 😊
I hope you both had a lovely Christmas and that Anita is doing well.
Take care, Happy New Year and I look forward to your next video whenever that is as I realise life goes on and things can interfere with filming which is totally understandable 😊
Thank you so much Polgara. We really appreciate your support. I am doing OK but mum is very poorly. Wishing you a Happy New Year too!
@TeaAndTinto I am glad you are ok but I am sorry to gear your Mum isn't doing well. I really hope that the new year see's some improvement for you.
We are having concerns about my Mum at the moment she is 82 and struggling with many things. We are trying to get her moved nearer us so we can take care of her better (she lives in the middle of Durham countryside right now and it's difficult to get there).
Take good care of yourself and 🤗🤗
An idea for that problem atea is to build a block of cabinets there that are useable on both sides; an island facing the kitchen, and open shelves on the other side. The steps will go down to a lower area where a table can be placed. I have seen shows where architects will do this when there is a distinct difference in floor levels within a kitchen/dining area. Good luck!😊
What a great idea. Thank you. I wish you a great New Year.
What a lovely dog! Happy New Year to you and Anita and the whole family! Sending Anita a special hug since she's away taking care of her mum! 🌷💗
Thank you and a Happy New Year.
There are several primitive methods to get those larges stones up. But not so long ago I watched a video that gives an idea about how it could have been done. The video is called.... DERRICK & CRANES (Maine Granite Museum) Mike Haduck. ⬅ copy and paste this entire title, and you will find the video. From sailing vessels the people were familiar with block and tackles and hoisting heavy equipment or heavy sails for centuries. They had devices similar to a windlass, on sailing vessels they were called a capstan. But for the primitive cranes on shore oxen were used as well. The Romans used men powered treadmill cranes in various forms, even the columns from the pantheon were raised with treadmill cranes. And in medieval times castles were also build with treadmill cranes. I am watching from the Netherlands. 👍
Hello friend from the Netherlands. Thank you for your recommendation,I will for sure be watching it. Happy New Year.
Doing a great job here. Well done. 🇦🇺👴🏻
Thank you so much 😀
