- A TDS Production Holiday Special. Some footage was taken at Veterans Memorial Park in Port Saint Lucie, Florida and at Veterans Memorial Island Sanctuary in Vero Beach, Florida.
All other clips and audio were mixed in together from various sites online.

My father served in Vietnam, Always taught us to stay strong and protect America. RIP miss you daddy! Thanks for your sacrifice!
For some families, EVERY day is Memorial Day...
I cry every time I hear taps...I always think of my father's funeral when taps was played for him.

When i was in scouts back in the70's we had ro learn the words to Taps. For those who don't know, : Day is done, Gone the sun from the lakes,from the hills, from the sky. All is well; safely rest, God is nigh.❤❤

This day is our day of Remeberance for all of the men, women, young men who have gone before us in Battle to fight and keep Our Republic, the United States of America FREE from tyranny. To Aide all people around the globe to bring them Freedom and Liberty.
Millions of our men and women in the military are gone now, who fought wars here and abroad. Let us never ever forget their sacrifices and what they fought for.

My grandpa served in WW1, he almost didn’t come back alive. My dad served in the Korean War. My bro and husband are/were Viet Nam veterans. God bless all the men and women who served and to this day still serving 🇺🇸✝️
My brother played taps for our grandfathers service I think of him ever time
A friend of mine and my ex-husband just recently died of cancer, and he served in the Marines in Vietnam. I know that this was a roughly time for his wife and son.
We are thankful and grateful and appreciated by the branches who serve us your service and time and efforts are deeply appreciated thanks great job great team work and great and sweet catches as usual still going strong great team efforts are deeply appreciated thanks to those who didn't come home my thoughts and prayers are with your family you may be gone but not forgotten proud to be American thanks !!! We owe a lot to the observation and experience of battle hardened fighters.
