By not having JKD standardised it has no quality control. This is why all this problems started. footwork, body mechanics, simplicity & directness, CORE principles that make JKD work. They are NOT taught by many JKD people.

The 'K' and the 'G' in Cantonese is someone interchangeable since they use a different sound system, but you'll often see this with other words in HK as well. Eg Kam/Gam, gong/kong lolz.

How dare Dan says Bruce Lee is no fighter when Bruce showed incredible somewhat close to superhuman skillset. An intelligent martial artist who has seen many disciplines therefore ready for any 5 or 6 basic attacks that start a martial art fight or mma fight. Or was it a LIE from haters.

From my understanding they mean the same thing. Just spelled differently depending on what dialect of Chinese.
