My bad, massively faster than light Zeldris comes from Zeldris scaling massively above beginning of series Miniature Diane who dodges Gowther's light arrows, which are confirmed to be actual light in the data books. It's around 4 times faster than light, and then you factor in all the amps from Diane's full size, Gideon, and then Meliodas with no Sacred Treasure scales to a Gideon Diane, and then he has Demon Mark and Berserk amps on top of that, and then he gets his Sacred Treasure amp, and then he gets blitzed by Galand, and Galand proceeds to get blitzed by Post Druid in base, and then that Meliodas in Demon Mark gets casually blitzed by a regular Demon Mark Zeldris. Then Zeldris gets way stronger than that. And that's the mid end, you could use Oslo moving 33 times faster than light when Mael is transforming and going up from there. The combat prowess between the two is not even close. He can read movements and see opening just by someones fighting stance. His ability to adapt to his opponent is very impressive. Vegeta has soul resistance scailing to goku and can win the fight with his saiyan biological zenkai growth.

He's good on the combat front. And so is Zeldris, he's able to adapt to various opponents, from Merlin to Escanor, to Ludociel, to King, all of whom had extremely different movesets that Zeldris on the spot adapted to. And what resistance did Goku ever have to soul ripping? And powerups are banned, both emotional and biological.

Vegeta has other moves like the Kiai technique & the spirit sword (he used in the manga) you didn't mention. His Forced Spirit Fission is based of energy/Ki not spirit or magic so it would work on Zeldris. And vegeta can also used FSF in reverse. His Hakai would destroy Zeldris since it eradicates all matter & soul even those without a body or who are immortal. He could also bind people with ki attacks (majin vegeta). And you can't disregard a move like instant transmission just because he desires not to use it. That means nothing. A versus battle is about two fighters capabilities & tools in their arsenal. And since vegeta could sense ki signatures from planets he can use "IT" a bit more efficient than goku in the manga theoretically. Which is a technique that can cross infinite size realms and higher planes of existence like the afterlife. So vegeta can logically teleport Zeldris somewhere with little to no oxygen o and arrive back basically "battle field removal".

Trust me, I’m not saying you’re wrong. I understand that the energies are fundamentally different, and I’ll admit, I wanted to simplify the battle. By going all extra in depth explaining the different complexities of the energies being unequalized, and how by a technicality neither would be able to sense each other, both would have trouble activating some of their abilities via their natures being different, and that overall it would not be fair to lock either side down by doing so. So, I neutralized it throughly just to avoid the extra complications, because for the context of the battle, I viewed it pointless and boring to lock down their abilities. While I respect the ideas that their energies vary and come with different, I think the complications of trying to interlock the systems rather than establish a level playing field for both is not a worthy venture. I could do it, but I choose not to. So, I repeat, your point is notable and accurate, but not relevant in the context of the battle I created. And when I say transformations are irrelevant, is because both are at their peaks for the battle. Zeldris at his full power and Vegeta at his, which would be Super Saiyan Blue Evolution. Neither start in base and then transform, as that once again adds complications that I viewed as not necessary for the battle and negate transformations as that is their limit. I could do it, but I choose not to. So, I repeat, your point is notable and accurate, but not relevant in the context of the battle I created. And when I say transformations are irrelevant, is because both are at their peaks for the battle. Zeldris at his full power and Vegeta at his, which would be Super Saiyan Blue Evolution. Neither start in base and then transform, as that once again adds complications that I viewed as not necessary for the battle and negate transformations as that is their limit. yeah even if its current zledris without peity and dk power, he would still win 9 out of 10. A high level demon can regen so much someoen with equal stats wont be able to do much unless they have busted hacks.
Regen, soul stealing, power null, you need to be some type of busted to break through demons and especially Zeldris.
