I think it's a sealed unit with an LED strip so probably easier to just buy the whole 3rd light unit new.

GOOD JOB SIR BUT DID YOU TRIGGER THE (TRUNK IS OPEN) ON THE DASH, I HAVE 2009 DTS I USED A OFF BRAND AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO RESET THAT PARTICULAR DASH LIGHT.

Great video! Is it possible to replace the rubber seal around the inside top of the light? Mine has dried at the ends and breaking apart.

How about the third brake light of a 2000 Ford Expedition.

On the third brake light there is no bulb to replace instead of the entire light.

This video is for replacing the entire light, however, you are able to replace just the bulb. We have some videos showing how to replace the bulb but not for this specific model. +Raymond Goriah
