Wow, earthing. I discovered the power of earthing when I noticed that whenever I traveled to the Caribbean, and went to the beach, my chronic back pain magically disappeared. When I returned back to NY the pain would reappear. Started doing research and discovered the power of earthing. I practice it when I can by just walking on grass. Doing this, along with eating vegan, mostly raw, has allowed my body to heal from many of my health issues. Love that you are sharing such wonderful information on your channel.

You guys should go to Thousand Steps Beach in Laguna Beach! It might be quite a drive from L.A. (it is from where I live too) but it is defintely worth it. It is absolutely breathtaking there. Even cleaner than Santa Monica Beach. It is more peaceful and serene, and I feel like you guys would love it there. The water is a crystal clear blue too!
Look it up on yelp to see what I mean :) also Abalone Cove Shoreline Park is a great spot to hike by the beach with a great view...I wish you guys the best in LA
Have you guys thought about growing your own fruits and veggies? And having animal, chickens goats etc? I'm not sure how the living situation is and the space that you have but that's what my husband and I are doing. We live in MD so we are very very limited to what we can grow and the amount of land we have limits us as well but we are in the process of getting chickens, goats, and rabbits as well as growing our own goods. Not only will you have homegrown organic food but little many can benefit from having the animals and garden around. Just a thought. Again I have no idea what the living situation is for you guys. Love you guys! Love love your lifestyle and your story! And the fact that you're a Dominican beauty like me 👸🏼 (they need a curly girl emoji)

My 5 year old son has a develope mental delay. He has a hard time sitting still and focusing. I know if we eat clean, it won't only benefit him, it'll benefit us all as a family. My husband has sleep apnea, my 8 year old daughter has asthma and I have kidney disease and i'm on diaylsis. We're on a tight budget. So how can we eat clean on a tight budget? I just love your family. I'm from Brooklyn, NY. Born and raised. So when you mentioned Coney Island, it took me back. Lol! Please keep the vlogs coming! XOXO!
rtm4jc Change your family's diet to organic if you can and cut out all processed foods ! My husband had sleep apnea for years and within a month it was gone ! I also cured myself from a disease that they claim had no cure. Trust me it works , just start slow by first eliminating all processed foods and white sugars ! farmers markets are great as well as Trader Joe's or Wholefoods ! Hope this helps Good Luck !

The government has now made immunisation compulsory if families want to receive welfare payments. That means if you're a low socio-economic family then you MUST get your children vaccinated if you want to receive payments. Families who do not receive government payments still have the choice not to vaccinate their children. There were also religious exemptions but they have been scrapped under the new policy. I squeezed my butt muscle so hard I broke the needle in my butt and bent the second one. My butt hurt for a week. I know your pain Manny bro. I know the fear. LOL I still hate needles. Smile!

Alba, what are your thoughts about using a lot of plastic that pollutes the earth with your water bottles instead of using glass and water filters?
We used penta water because we were trying to avoid harming ourselves with tap water while waiting for our filter to come in.

My suggestion is always live in a new area for at least 18 months before making a move. Put yourself out there and don't let everyone what you do for a living right away. Remember to become a good friend you yourself will receive a good friend. Wish it were here and possibly you would've felt differently, you never know.

I hate shots too Manny! I finally kinda sucked it up at 11, and I can handle them better, but I still can't stand them at 25. I had a butt shot at 10 for the flu, and it hurt so badly. I love the informative random shots, as some would say, and I've been looking into water filters, because I grew up w a water purification system for the whole house and our hair and skin was the best and softest ever and then my Mom couldn't afford it anymore and I went to college and there was well water and I dried out everywhere. So it makes sense that's it's too much junk and chemicals in our waters. You just learn to change your products and keep going. But there is a better answer, you don't have to just deal w it. Anyways I've been reading lately the use of pure coconut oil on children with autism and adults with dementia and brain function is remarkable. You may want to do a Google search on the topic. I don't know if it's a hoax or not but I felt I should share with you.

Tambien que crema recomienda para la cara que no see benigma para las gentes que no estan trabajando en el momento como yo, porq me di cuenta que esa crema cuesta entre $70-90. Cual toner te gusta mas el de alba botanica o el de thayers lemon witch hazel with aloe vera. La crema shea butter de beijaflornaturals mix with coconut no es lo mismo si uno mezcla aceite de coco con shea butter? Adonde compraron el filtro pristine hydro? Y ese te gusta mas que el berkey? Y puedes mostrar una foto de como se ve el filtro por favor. You think everything at whole foods that has that label that says organic its really organic? What brand you trust that are organic at whole foods or sprouts? Which brand you use for cleaning products? Tu sabes algo para energia y falta de apetito? Which other water you trust at whole foods that is alkaline water, besides the penta brand, or a good brand that is not alkaline. I know I ask you a lot of questions but I been having this questions for the longest, so I figured instead of sending you one by one, it was better to send all of them, and last thing which brand that is natural or organic you like for flaxseed oil, sapuyulo oil and grapeseed oil.
