Goes on a rant about not needing a death recap... makes a 15 minute video trying to figure out how he died.
What's to figure out? He doesn't read or pay attention, two easily avoidable deaths.

Corpse explosions are an unfun trash mechanic, Lily's tweet is spot on if they insist on keeping that poop.
Literally had 15 seconds to figure it out ahead of time and then like 3-4 seconds standing directly on top of the highest HP mob in the game. Just don't be complete dogshit and it's not a problem.
@@Koroar the amount of time he has played this game he should know this already too, what these mobs are capable of and the amount of hp they have. Its a harsh mechanic on inexperienced players but not experienced players.
it's still his fault he died though even if DD has stupid damage, it still has counterplay unlike for example a hasted, accurate, always crit rare mob when you aren't crit immune so dd is not even a issue anymore.

dd behind the tornado hahaha. One weakness of this build? Tornado hiding things behind it
The damage spikes in this game is its biggest problem. Like this DD shit or coming around a corner and getting sniped by a pack of monsters with 50 projectiles killing you instantly and things like that. That's the reason I don't play hardcore in this game any longer but still incredibly frustrating even in softcore.
No idea why people play HC in this game
i cannot play softcore. I cant. It feels pointless. I start a Softcore character and then i lose every bit of motivation. Because why would i not just play a 1000 hp glasscannon? Playing softcore forces me to troll. I play hardcore or i dont play at all.

Some things in this game just deal way too much damage, how does a 12k hp character just get randomly 1 tapped?
By not reading for like 15 seconds while you fight some of the strongest rares in the game and then remaining still directly on top of them.

@@subparpt Just a rough guess, I'd say probably 10 deaths since starting in closed beta (actually now that I think about it I would've had a lot more on SC beforehand). Difference is I don't stand in obvious slow telegraphs and then ask "WHY IS THIS HAPPENING!" There are plenty of BS deaths in PoE, but this ain't one of them. And I like Raiz btw, just telling the truth.

League mechanic n all other shit is fine, but damn mobs are so overtuned, both in damage and in tankiness.
Like, if you don't play meta builds, good fucking luck enjoying the game, especially when you have a full-time job and just play the game in your free time.
Unfortunately POE is and always has been for the no-lifers.
there are all kinds of meta builds with different playstyles (especially with melee buffs this league), if you "don't like meta builds" that just means you like playing shit builds, which is fine, but don't complain about shit because you are actively choosing to not to not use the "most effective tactic available"
Non meta doesn't mean it's shit lol, if you aren't good at build making please don't blame it on the game
I've been playing casually since beta, never killed any ubers, never had a MB or HH or any T0 unique and have never felt unsatisfied with my play time lol. Different strokes for different folks I guess haha

TO BE FAIR, the goddamn DD sound effect was going on, very very telegraphed and should not be taken lightly in HC.
If you remove DD I think POE will become way too safe lol, this is totally fine, its a delayed DD nowadays with better visibility AND a sound effect to warn you.
You haven't got past lvl 50 in HC, have you?
DD is fucking miserable. Ruins the flow of the game because you have to kill everything, and then stand and wait around for the DD or any other post mortem effects to clear before you can dare to pick up anything
