    I just read about your illness, I am so sorry, and hope this post finds you healthy and well again! I just wanted to pop by and thank you! I am left handed and tried to learn to crochet since I was a child with no success. I watched this youtube vid and it looked so simple the way you explained it, so I went out and bought a hook and yarn and made my practice loops! OMG! Finally! I get it! I almost cried, thank you!!! I am on my way to learning now!! Blessings~ Moo

    Thank You so much for making this video and teaching me how to do this pattern. I just started crocheting and wanted to make something special. I made a prayer shawl in yellow for my daughter Katie, it came out beautiful. Thanks again, and I hope you are feeling better. God Bless You.

    Very easy to follow. Thank you! As to the comment below, I don't think this is "mesh", which, as I have worked it, is perpendicular posts made in a chain, then posts made on top of posts in the next row. That is not the case here.

    Could you please show me how to add beads to this stitch so that the beads meet at the corners of the diamonds? I can't seem to figure out how to do it without having the yarn visible around the bead. For example, picture 2 capital Ys end-to-end, with a bead connecting them in the center. Or a bead in the center of an X with the openings of the bead aligned vertically. I hope that makes sense. I've been trying to figure it out for a while to no avail. Other tutorials add the beads in tighter patterns. They're not quite what I'm looking for.

    • @demelzabunny6632
      @demelzabunny6632 7 років тому

      You have to figure out how many beads your entire project will need, and then you thread ALL the beads onto the yarn you will use, pulling each up at you need them.

      dawn Amendola I made this pattern in a triangle years ago, and have lost the pattern sense. I have been looking for another with out any luck in doing so. Did you find one sense you wrote this comment? I made two out of sparkle yarn and they turned out so pretty. I want to make my daughter and my self one so bad, but have had no luck in finding the pattern. Please if you have, could you share it with me?

    • @CoolorfulDIY

      I don't think you need to decrease anything, if by hammock you mean that which I have in mind. I'm sorry, I don't have a pattern using this technique.
