100% he's not a real Botan fan, she had A LOT of collabs with other "non hololive people", for example:

And not only that, but Botan is one of the most (if not the most) professional workers of the hololive talents.
Also, I would (kinda) understand it if it was a GFE or extreme idol Holo, someone like Aqua or Rushia that provide a special relationship with their fans.
On top of that, it's a FREAKING ONLINE TOURNAMENT FOR A VIDEOGAME!
@@erick_ac It's been found that the guy who sent that rude superchat was in fact an Anti, he's been spotted sending rude superchat to other hololive girls as well. And when the hologirl reacted, he start using alts to spam dislikes on their stream video. (That guy is so pathetic, imagine being so petty having nothing to do but sending rude comments and then using alts just to dislikes the girls out of spite)
Keep in mind that when someone is this good at replying to rude comments, it means it's far from the first time they've received them. I haven't seen Botan get many (hell, almost any!) rude comments directed at her since her debut, but I'm sure she's dealt with a lot as a competitor before joining Hololive.
With that said, her handling of it was pretty much perfect in this clip.

In the context of hololive streamers, superchats generally serve the purpose of financially supporting the talent, and maybe sending a message to spark either lighthearted or meaningful discussion. They aren't supposed to be used as a "here's my money so I can air my personal grievances to the stream." So if you misuse the superchat feature like that (i.e. the guy in this clip) don't be surprised if your ass gets banned. This doesn't even touch on how the superchatter disrespects multiple people for no good reason, and basically treats botan like his own personal property. So yeah, this guy messed up on pretty much every level possible, lmao.

I watch Towa's stream pretty 'religiously' and Bora is one of Towa's closest friends and CPT is one of the chillest and kindest PRO (ex-pro) Apex players out there that won the CR Cup alongside Towa. It's going to be one heck of a squad meet. Maybe even nudge Botan back into Apex hehe

This reminds me of those early Towa "fans" who didnt like her playing with male fps players. Now Towa don't give a shit about those stupid "purist idols" fans. Botan is trying out fps tournaments and if she joins a party with another male fps player, so be it. Obviously she talked to her manager 1st beforehand. Which mean management has no issue.
Given that Towa frequently collabs with male streamers in her APEX streams, management definitely doesn't have an issue with them interacting with males. At this point, whether the girls interact with males or not is entirely due to their prerogative. Some have expressed being uncomfortable doing so, while others have already gone ahead to collab with Holostars and other male online personalities.
towa is happier after she got rid of those people, now she gets to do many fun things while being cheered on by supportive kenzoku. now botan can do whatever she wants and the good SSRB will stay and support her too.
Given Botan's history before Hololive, I'm pretty sure management has no problem with her interacting with male players in fps tournaments

Yeah, the whole early drama before basically cleanse the "purist idol fans". One of many positive things that us kaigai-niki did with the whole Towa situation and I'm glad she accepted it and realizing there's still many who supports her.

these kind of people are so pathetic..I've watched one of my favorite vtubers who mainly streams Apex go emotionally downhill because of people like this during her first tourney together with two male streamers..she's usually strong and loud so it felt really heavy hearing her feel sorry about herself that she even apologized to both of her teammates..I'm just glad that her fans are really loud too combined with her naturally strong spirit and supportive teammates she was able to make her first tourney a really good memory and is now one of the regulars in Apex tourneys and customs

There are no refunds on Super Chats/Super Stickers. If it gets deleted by a mod or the channel owner, all the money (including UA-cam's cut) is donated to charity instead 😏

The confusion comes from the fact that there is no "gaming context" he literally means "blind date" as someone would mean it in any other context.
